  I am usually not the type of person that writes reviews, but in this case because of the excellent service we were provided, I must give credit where credit is due. "TourRadar" and “Vacations To Go” made our trip to Egypt and Jordan an amazing and satisfying experience! The description of the website and the informational package that we received via email was very informative and detailed. It had all of the information we were looking for (questions) especially the tips for the trip. From beginning to end, the entire trip was very well planned and organized. The entire staff were very attentive, friendly, and answered all our questions. As we arrived at Cairo’s airport, we felt very welcome by Mr. Michael Adolf “Mr. Mickey”. He was already waiting for us to arrive and I was able to locate him immediately since he was holding the Vacations To Go sign. As we proceeded to obtain our Egypt Visas, Mr. Mickey was very instrumental in helping us navigate through the VISA process and getting the VISA faster despite the long waiting lines. Mr. Mickey was always extremely helpful, informative, very friendly, super funny and explained all aspects of the trip very clearly. He made us feel very comfortable like we were long time fiends. He will always go out if his way to ensure that we were comfortable and safe back in our hotel. Hats off to you!!!!🤠🤠🤠 We were very astonished how the entire trip was very well coordinated and organized including transportation. The transportation drivers were very professional, friendly, and helpful. Despite Egypt chaotic traffic, the drivers were driving very calm and nonreactive to all the commotion going on with the city traffic. Big shout out to Mahmoud " Egyptian Rock" very friendly and helpful driver. Our first tour guide, Bassem was very friendly, very well educated and had excellent knowledge of every place he took us. He explained so much details of the pyramids, history of the city and museum artifacts. Excellent person 👏 Our next tour guy was just unbeliably amazing! Mr. Hassan made us feel relaxed. Since the very beginning when we met him, he explained in detailed all aspects of the trip during the Nile Cruise and all temples we visited. He is very knowledgeable and did an excellent job in explaining a lot of information of each site. He knew how to navigate the long waiting lines and how to obtain entrance tickets faster instead of waiting for a long time. We already missed Hassan, we bonded with him so much. He is an excellent person, very professional, and down to earth individual. He made the entire experience so much fun. We had a great time with Hassan. Long Live King Hassan! 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏 The Nile cruise staff were also amazing. We connected with all of the staff on board. The room and food was excellent. Everyone took care us and had excellent customer service. We had so much fun with everyone. In Jordan, Mr. Mohammed helped us navigate through all of the different sites drove us to the different cities throughout Jordan. He's a great person, very professional, always on time, answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable the whole time. We would definitely use your services and recommend it to our family, coworkers and friends. Hopefully they will get the same team and tour guides we had. We want to thank the entire Vacations To Go team especially all individuals mentioned above, everyone went above & beyond and because of your knowledge, professionalism and dedication you all made us had a fantastic, fun and safe vacation experience. The tour guide was a great people person with so much knowledge- amazing and thank you!!! Jordan was incredible too. Just a word of advice - be extra careful when hiking around Petra’s UNESCO World Heritage Site. The contact and driver at Jordan was very helpful and supportive after my injury - thank you. Aya even came to visit me whilst in hospital - thank you too.Show more

As a 65-year-old woman, this was the ideal way to explore these countries. I sincerely hope that Egypt and Jordan remain safe amidst the conflicts nearby.   Just finished the 13-day Egypt and Jordan tour, and it was amazing! We got to see the Pyramids, Luxor temples, and even caught a sunrise at Abu Simbel—it was pure magic. Our guide, Bassem, made everything easy and shared cool stories about Egypt's history. Then we hopped over to Jordan, explored Petra and the stunning Wadi Rum. The whole trip was well-planned, and we stayed in comfy places. The local food was a tasty bonus! If you want a hassle-free adventure through Egypt and Jordan, this tour is a winner. Highly recommend it!Show more

  We just returned from our trip to Egypt. I wanted to write you to say thank you for everything. My family and I enjoyed the trip. All the tour guides were GREAT we enjoyed all of them. Michael, Ayman, Tamer, Moses, and Walid were the best. I know we booked the trip last minute, and I am sure that was a challenge. We will be planning more trips in the future and we will be in touch.   Itinerary = would have loved an overnight at Wadi Rum vs 2 nights in Petra Transportation = van took forever to cool - air conditioner not strong enough for 10 pax, WiFi would have been nice Hotels - Cairo hotel - no water for 2 days. Not acceptable. Petra hotel=bathroom flooded, AC weak Other pax got earlier flights (to Cairo). Why we had to fly at 10:30pm when other couple flew at 7:30pm was not OK. Then we get to Cairo hotel and couldn't use bathroom, shower, etc. First flight from Cairo was also at 10:30pm and we had 3.5 hours of dead time at airport. Too long.Show more

  Scheduling could be improved. The second last day of the Egypt part of the tour had us waiting around in Luxor on the cruise vessel with no cabin access for 6 hours. We were able to use the top open deck (but it was blowing a gale) or the bar area (but it stank of tobacco). The flight from Luxor to Cairo was arranged for 2300 hours and we did not arrive back to the Cairo hotel until 0300 hours. There was an optional tour to Alexandria on this day (departing 0530 hours) that we wanted to take but did not take because of no sleep time. The tour is advertised and promoted as 13 days highlights of Egypt and Jordan but the flight from Egypt to Jordan is not included, and when we arrived in Jordan we find that the tour is subcontracted to another tour operator. Fortunately the Jordan tour operator provided excellent service particularly our driver Ahmet who managed to rearrange the schedule so that we could spend a full day in Petra. The accommodation in Amman was good but the Edom Hotel in Petra and the Ramada Dead Sea Resort were sub standard. In retrospect it would have been better to have arranged the Jordan trip ourselves and booked direct. This would have allowed us to have input into the quality of hotels and would have saved on cost as there is obviously some doubling up on profit margins. We were expecting to experience the floatation phenomenon at the dead sea but the hotel's location did not provide access.Show more

  I just came back from my long vacation to Jordan and Egypt. I enjoyed every minute I spent there with my family as my husband and 2 boys were with me. We loved the first class services VTGO offered us ..from picking us up from the airport to dropping us off. We met very nice and hardworking employees at VTGO, very honest and well informed tour guide. I think we will have another vacation with them in the future because everything they promised was accomplished and we are now very satisfied customers...lol. Good luck and my best regards to everyone there, from the van drivers to Walla, Majdi, Mohd, Waleed (the tours guide). I hope to see you next vacation.Show more
