I am sorry to read that the trip didn’t meet your expectations and that you felt the itinerary was designed for somebody outside of your demographic. In general when we put together trips we try to make it appeal to as wider demographic as possible – indeed we have customers travelling with us from 18 right the way into their 70's and everything in between. As you will have found ,Laos is a rather laid back destination by nature, and therefore the activities offered do general reflect the feel of the destination. There are some incredible temples to explore in the cities, but we do offer optional walks and kayaking to balance out the cultural elements of the trip. I am concerned to read about your experience in the hotel, as well as the recommendations our leader made for restaurants, I will follow this up with our local team on the ground in Laos to see if any changes need to be for future departures.       Laos has two main distinct weather patterns: hot and wet (May–October), and cooler and dry (November– April). Generally speaking, the best time to visit Laos is November–January. We operate our trips October - February.

      Unfortunately due to our vaccine status we see we cannot travel to Laos. We are now looking at Cambodia. Do you know what the requirements are there and do you have a private tour maybe Vietnam and Cambodia?
