You can get up to 3 meals a day included on the trek, the meal choices can range from Nepali, Thakali and Indian to Western.

On this tour tipping is not compulsory however if you wish to leave the guide and porter a tip it is at your own discretion.

A general headache and cough can be very normal in the mountain due to the colder weather and higher altitude however if you are unsure or feel really unwell make sure you let a representative know and they will guide you down to a lower altitude.

Planning and preparation were easily done through WhatsApp with Dipendra who addressed queries from itinerary, accommodation, gears, finances, documentation. We had a meet and greet session when Dipendra flew to Malaysia and we managed to tailor the itinerary to our specification.
