    We are 2 people .. may be 3 person ( my son ) can join later if he got approved his holiday leave.. we need independence room for 2 people or 3 people together. Not separate . How much deposit ? When to pay full amount for May 2027 Tour .

    For May 2027, we have departures available on the 22nd and 26th. Unfortunately, triple rooming is not available on this tour. One traveller would need to share with another passenger of the same gender, or alternatively, a single room can be arranged at an additional cost.

    If you're traveling as a pair (2 people), the deposit is CA$1319.60, with the remaining balance due in April 2027. For a group of three, the deposit will be CA$1979.40, with the same remaining balance due date in April 2027.

    Great .. please how many days this tour ? How much cost if we book tour for 22 nd May or 2027 th May 2027 ? for 2 people ( husband and wife ) in one room and my son is other room . Deposits seems too much . Please try to make your cost early Bird midget friendly

    This tour is 14 days and will be around CA$3299.00 per person based on twin share. If your son wants his own room he will need to pay CA$3299.00 + the single supplement of CA$1089.00 unless he is happy to share with another same gendered solo traveler. Deposit terms are 20% of the tour price.

    Good Morning.. is it include with accommodation with Breakfast ? National Park ? Jasper Maligne Lake Cruise ? Columbia Icefield Ice Explorer (Snocoach) + Skywalk ? Banff Sulphur Mt. Gondola ? What other activities and is there cost ? Is there Gratitude ( Tip ) has to pay ? Is there early bird discount for next year ?

    Please most of accommodation is camping ? Does its self contained cabins or Just tent ? Is possible basics hotel if its Tent accommodation. I am looking at least cabin at camp site .. not realy Tents . As will be quite cold as we are travelling from Australia.

    Hi when you click price goes up .. I was looking 2 nd Canadian tour Still finding too expensive.. when you say 7 days or 9 days tour . First and last day we do not do anything . may be first day just stay

    Our classic tours offer more inclusions, which is why there is a price jump from the 18 to 30's tours. The first day is just an arrival day with the welcoming meeting and the last day is always a departure day.

  The age restriction is 39 years. I'm 45 years female, physically fit and workout almost everyday. Is this going to be too strenuous? I have done g adventure tour before and really enjoyed it. Do you think I can still get to do this despite of age restriction?

    Unfortunately, the tour you are looking at is specifically designed for our 18 - 39 year old travellers. As you don't fit within that age bracket we won't be able to book you on this trip. However, we have plenty more trips on offer, so please do have a look at some alternatives in our classic range of tours.

  How long are the walks? I can walk, but not for miles and miles as I have restricted growth. Would I be able to get help to assemble the tent?

    The hikes are as follows, please note that you wont hike the full duration in one go and there will be stops to have breaks and stop to take amazing pictures throughout.
    
    Hikes per day:
    Day 3: Lake Agnes Tea House Hike - Lake Louise 2h30m - 5h -- 6-7km
    Day 4: Emerald Lake Hike - Emerald Lake Lodge 1h30m - 2h -- 5-6km
    Day 6: Maligne Canyon Hike - Maligne Canyon 30m - 1h30m -- 1-4km
    
    The tents are supplied by us and will need to be assembled and disassembled by yourself throughout the tour.

  Do you offer this tour or similar with a hotel (3*/4*) package? We'll be arriving from the UK and returning to the UK from Vancouver. I'm keen to do a coach tour staying at hotels with some hiking, I'm not interested in a rail package... Ideally visiting: Calgary (1), Banff (2), Lake Louise (1), Jasper (2), Kamploops (1), Whistler (2), If possible we would like to travel Whistler to Vancouver by Train? Vancouver (3) nights. I'm flexible with the dates to stay longer in a location or any suggestions to stop off and visit another location en route. If a group tour is not available, I'm quite happy to use your Canadian Scheduled Buses, if this could be arranged?

    All camping equipment (with the exception of your sleeping bag and pillow) is supplied. We supply dome tents and assembly/disassembly takes only 5 minutes. All tents have built-in insect nets. Comfortable, self-inflating mattresses are also provided, which are approximately 4cm thick. You can purchase a proper sleeping bag on the first day of the trip. Prices range from $60-$150USD.

    All camping equipment (with the exception of your sleeping bag and pillow) is supplied, including comfortable camp mattresses. We supply dome tents that take only 5 minutes to assemble/disassemble. They are good quality, durable, industry-standard, oversized 2-person tents, each with 2 separate and convenient zip-up doors, so that each person has his/her own entrance. So you will need to have your own sleeping bag and pillow and everything else is supplied.

Canadian Rockies: National Parks Eastbound - 30 June: 3 travellers booked in total, due to privacy laws, we cannot elaborate on ages or personal information until 4 or more travellers confirmed.

    We can not offer a promotion on the Westbound Tour as it is not on sale for 30th June. The Marketing team create the promotions and determine what tours are applicable.

    If I booked the westbound tour and it later goes into the sale, is there any protection or ability to get that price if I made contact?

    Once you book and confirm, the price can not change on your booking! If the tour went on sale, it will only be for new bookings, we will not be able to amend the price. Same thing if the price of the tour went up, we will not charge you extra since you would have already booked and confirmed.
