My overall Experience was good. Our driver, Anwar, was excellent, And he really did make our experience as wonderful as he could. I thought the itinerary was good, although I think flying in and out of Casablanca was a mistake as the tour ended closer to Marrakesh and so flying out of Marrakesh would’ve been much better. Some items on the itinerary were not really of interest, But luckily our driver gave us flexibility so We could decide what we did and didn’t want to see. It would’ve been good to have pre-organised guides in more of the major sites, but luckily there were often guides at those sites that you could pay for to take you around.Show more

We had a really great experience with Tour Radar and the tour provider. We had a couple of issues when we first arrived which would be easy to remedy. Firstly get the tour provider's phone number loaded onto your phone before you depart for your trip. It was a bit of a headache to try and contact them at the very beginning. Also for Customs in Morrocco, you need to know the exact hotel address for entry which wasn't provided on any emails that I received prior to starting the trip. The Customs agent was really nice with us and helped us contact the tour provider, which may not be the case for everyone. The tour provider was super nice guy and helped us as much as he possibly could and always steered us in the right direction when we had any questions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of going to Morrocco.Show more

My sister and I have a great trip in Morocco, thanks for our wonderful driver Hakim who now becomes our friend. We had a great time with him who is extremely patient, kind, hospitable and caring. Hakim took great lengths to make sure we are safe and taken care of. He took us to great places to have epic pictures. He also explained the culture in deep and taught us Arabic. We particularly enjoyed the time with his family and friends in his hometown, and cooking Moroccan meal with his friends. We really appreciate the professionalism and friendship of Hakim. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
