The accommodation included in this tour is based on the standard hotel category specified in the tour package. Room upgrades, including higher-category rooms or suites, are optional and are charged separately when requested by the guests. Our tours are designed to cover several of Morocco’s main destinations, including the Sahara, and therefore involve some longer driving days between cities. We understand that this type of itinerary may not suit every traveler, particularly those who prefer shorter travel times. Regarding the guided visits, our itinerary includes local guides at the designated historical sites, while the driver is responsible for transportation between destinations. We take all guest feedback seriously, including your comments regarding the vehicle and air conditioning. We regret that these issues affected your experience and appreciate you bringing them to our attention.
