I am coming from the US, whar airport to land? is it kilimanjaro? do u guys pick us up from kilimanajaro intl airport?

There are two airports you could arrive into: Kilimanjaro Airport (JRO) & Arusha (ARK). JRO may be the more affordable option for flights. Transfers are not included in the cost of this trip but can be offered for: JRO: $120USD, ARK: $60USD

Are international flights included in the tour price?

No, international flights are not included and need to be arranged independently.

Is the camping site secure and safe? Do you have pictures of the site?

All the camping sites are safe, as they are popular within the area. You might refer to the pictures on the tour webpage

Is there an option for private accommodation?

Unfortunately, we do not offer Single Supplements on this tour, and most accommodations will be shared.

What type of transportation is used during the tour?

Transportation includes 4x4 safari vehicles, private shuttles, and ferries for transfers between locations.

I got to travel with the lovliest group anyone could ever wish for and both our guides (Geralt at the Safari as well as Dulla in Sansibar) were absolute legends. Terrible, terrible costumer service. The worst one yet. I was on a waitlist, as I booked a trip on request. Of course they took my money, but I did not hear anything for 5 days. Well, in your email I received it says "MAXIMAL 1 business day". Well, that didnt happen did it? Do not give people wrong information. So after chasing after you as the online chat is not working and your team is ignoring emails and enquiries (I wrote a couple of emails and yes, of course no one replies) I finally got someone on the phone. They told me my refund might take up to SEVEN months for a trip I did not get any confirmation for nor received any kind of service. I wasnt even confirmed on this trip, so what the heck? Nobody wasted any time or energy on me. If I do not get the money back in MAXIMUM one month, I will take legal action. This is beyond unacceptable. Apparently they have to work on so many refunds right now, they cant pay people back all at once. Well thats not our problem is it? Thats YOURS. Solve it. Do your job and give people their money back. Don´t just keep our hard earned money and ruin peoples vacation. I can only gree with other people in other reviews: The last year and a half the company has been a disgrace. Please do not ever use this company, they only steal your money. Payment information
- For any tour departing before April 21st, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 21st, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with G Adventures. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
