Itinerary
- Day 1
Kathmandu
After arriving at Kathmandu International Airport, you'll get picked up and transferred to your hotel. In the afternoon, there's a yoga, breathing, and meditation session to help you settle in and start unwinding. Later on, you'll have dinner at an authentic local restaurant where you'll be welcomed to the city.

- Day 2
Kathmandu
The day starts with yoga and meditation, then you head out on a guided tour through Kathmandu Valley. You'll see Kathmandu Durbar Square, the Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple), Pashupatinath temple along the Bagmati River, and Boudhanath Stupa. After that, your trekking guide will brief you on the upcoming trek, followed by another yoga and meditation session to close out the day.

Kathmandu to Lukla to Phakding
You'll catch an early flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, a 35-minute journey with panoramic Himalayan views. Once you land, the trek begins with 3-4 hours of walking to Phakding, following the DudhKoshi River and crossing suspension bridges decorated with prayer flags. The route goes through rhododendron and fir forests, past prayer wheels and Mani walls. You'll rest at a teahouse and finish the day with yoga and meditation.

- Day 4
Phakding to Namche Bazaar
Start the morning with yoga, meditation, and breathing exercises. Then trek alongside the DudhKosi River, crossing multiple suspension bridges with prayer flags along the way. You'll pass through Monjo and enter Sagarmatha National Park. The trail climbs steeply from Larja Dobhan, and you'll get your first view of Mount Everest as you reach Namche Bazaar, the region's gateway. Finish with yoga and meditation.

- Day 5
Namche Bazaar
Today's a rest and acclimatization day in Namche. Begin with yoga, breathing, and meditation. Explore the colorful village with its local shops, vendors, and mountain views. You can hike to Everest View Hotel for views of Mount Everest, Ama Dablam, and other peaks, or take an early hike to nearby villages for a Himalayan sunrise. Optionally, visit the Sherpa Museum to learn about Sherpa traditions, local wildlife, and mountaineering history. End with yoga and meditation.

Namche Bazaar to Tengboche
Begin with yoga, breathing, and meditation. Trek along the glacial Dudh Kosi River with views of peaks including Ama Dablam, Lhotse Shar, Taboche, and Kang Taiga. After crossing the river, hike uphill past Phunke Tenga to reach Tengboche monastery, a spiritual center in the Khumbu region. The monastery has ornate wall hangings, paintings, and a 20-foot Buddha statue, with rhododendron forests set against snowy peaks. End the day with yoga and meditation.

Landmarks Tengboche Monastery - Day 7
Tengboche to Khumjung
Start with yoga, breathing, and meditation. Trek back to Shanasha where paths from Khumjung, Gokyo, and Namche come together. From there, head toward the Khumjung valley, taking a quieter route away from the main trekking path. You'll reach Khumjung, a small farm village with a monastery said to hold a Yeti skull and a school built by the Edmund Hillary Foundation. End the day with yoga and meditation.

Landmarks Khumjung Monastery - Day 8
Khumjung to Monjo
Begin with yoga and meditation. Walk downhill to Khunde, the sister village of Khumjung, where you can see the only hospital in the Khumbu area, also built by the Edmund Hillary Foundation. Continue past Sherpa settlements, farm fields, and Mani walls. Climb to the ridge of Syangboche airstrip, then descend steeply with views of Namche Bazaar before reaching it. Continue to Monjo, the park's entry point. End with yoga, meditation, and breathing exercises.

- Day 9
Monjo to Lukla
Start with yoga and meditation. After breakfast, retrace your trek back to Lukla with its ups and downs. The route takes you through winding trails, suspension bridges with prayer flags, rural settlements, other trekkers, locals with loaded animals, prayer wheels, Mani walls, waterfalls, and streams. Reaching Lukla brings a real sense of accomplishment. End the day with yoga, breathing, and meditation.

- Day 10
Lukla to Kathmandu
Begin with yoga and meditation. Leave early to catch a flight back to Kathmandu, enjoying similar scenic views from the aircraft as you had on the way out. After landing at Tribhuwan International Airport, you'll be transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free, with various optional activities available to choose from. Finish the evening with yoga and meditation.

Kathmandu
Spend the day in medieval Kathmandu with chances to give back to the local community. Begin with yoga, breathing, and meditation, then have breakfast. Choose from volunteering such as teaching at a school, spending time at an orphanage or old age home, helping locals learn new skills, or teaching something you're experienced in. You can also go shopping for souvenirs and other items. Return to the hotel afterward and finish the day with yoga and meditation.
