Is tour 2 included in the Machu Picchu visit?

During the Inca Trail trek, the entrance ticket includes access to Circuit 3, which covers the lower part of Machu Picchu. Upon arriving at Inti Punku (the Sun Gate), you will walk down toward Machu Picchu, where you can take a panoramic photo from the Guardian House. After that, you'll continue down to the main gate of Machu Picchu. From there, you will exit and then re-enter through Gate 3, which gives you access to Circuit 3.

Yes, it's possible but is really important to have your medication all the trek with you.
