Senol the agent was available 24hrs and he was extremely helpful before and throughout the tour! It’s incredible how much you get to see and experience in 3 days. All bucket list activities. I would recommend to do a hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia and to take your swimming stuff when you visit Pumakkale. All of the tour guides were fantastic and very knowledgeable. Selon was an exceptional help to our trip. He was quick to respond and always stayed in contact with me throughout the trip. The cost for the experience is worth it. The two complaints we have were the accommodation specifically to the Nature Park Hotel and the bus ride. Pay extra to take a flight and get additional accommodations. Nature Park Hotel staff were wonderful and friendly but we didn't have water for about 10 hours and the hotel was so incredibly hot we could not sleep. We unfortunately did not receive a "cave" room where the temperature is controlled. Our room was easily over 35 Celsius. After spending an entire day walking 8+ miles and not being able to sleep + not being able to shower made for a miserable second day. Splurge for the hot air balloon and do take this excursion. Our guides were PHENOMENAL!!!! The couple who own the Ozurk dormitory where you stay briefly on the third day were kind, funny, and incredibly inviting. This was our favorite part of Turkey!Show more
