    Egypt is safe! And in light of the developing situation in the Middle East. We'd like to reassure you that our tour is currently scheduled to depart as planned and that tours in Egypt are continuing to run as normal at this time.
    
    The insurance is not included in the package.
    
    The package is already discounted.
    
    The package includes:
    - Your accommodation at Cairo hotel (4+ Star hotel) + on the Nile cruise (5 Star Standard Nile cruise Boat) + in Hurghada (4+ star hotel)
    - Meals (Cairo hotel includes only breakfast / The Nile cruise includes breakfast + lunch + dinner/ Hurghada hotel all inclusive).
    - English Tour guide.
    - Transportation.
    - Arrival and departure transfers from and to Cairo international airport.
    - Domestic flight from (Cairo - Aswan) and from (Hurghada - Cairo).
    
    The tour doesn't include:
    - Crew and tour guide tips.
    - The entrance fees. (Approximately $165 USD per person )
    - Pre and post-tour accommodation.
    - Personal expenses drinks and other meals which are not included etc.
    - Insurance.
    - Optional tours.
    - International flights.

    We know your departure date is approaching, and you may be reviewing your travel plans in light of the developing situation in the Middle East. We'd like to reassure you that your tour is currently scheduled to depart as planned and that tours in Egypt are continuing to run as normal at this time.
    
    To provide additional flexibility, we are offering you the option to change your departure date once without a booking change fee. Your new departure must take place within 18 months of your original departure date, and blackout periods apply during Christmas, New Year's, and Easter. The price of the newly selected departure date will apply, and any price difference will be adjusted accordingly. Requests to change your departure date must be submitted at least 8 days before your original departure date.
    
    If you choose to postpone your tour, the cancellation terms will not reset to a lower level. The terms that apply at the time you postpone will continue to apply.
    If you're happy to continue your tour on your original departure date, no action is required. Your tour remains scheduled as planned, and all services included in your itinerary are operating normally.
    
    To postpone your booking, simply use the "Modify booking" button on your Booking Page and submit your preferred date. We'll review your request and respond with further details.

    Could you confirm if the tour is running on Monday, April 13th? If it is, can you confirm i can book on with 2 nights extended stay in Hurghada before my included return flight to Cairo? May i ask how much the additional 2 nights accomm would come to?

    Yes, the date is available. Do not book your international flight till your booking with us confirmed. Yes, if you book the 2 extra nights with us we will book the return flight from Hurghada to Cairo for you. 1 Extra night in Hurghada will cost you 250 USD per night in a single room. I will offer you the 2 nights in 390 USD only.

  My son is 16, please let me know what the triple room option looks like, it is a double and a single bed etc as maybe better to book 2 rooms (1 that would only have 1 adult and the other 1 adult and my teenager). Also kindly let me know if the rooms on boat have seaviews and a pool?

    On day 8 there is a flight from Hurghada to Cairo (the time is subject to availability) it might be at 13:00/22:00. Then you will spend the night at Cairo hotel and will check out at day 9 at 10:00 am.

    City Tour by carriage in Luxor: 25 USD Per person
