What do you mean "multi bed room"? My wife and I would be traveling together. We have to share a bedroom with others?

We mean that multi bed room or different room configuration are available at the hotel/lodge, such as single, twin, double, or triple rooms. The safari program is based on group which means, we will be using one safari vehicle (4x4 land cruiser) which will be on shared basis that could accommodate a maximum of 7 persons. The rooms stated on the program are on private basis depending on client preference.

Could tell me how much it will be to book this Safari on private for two persons? For 4 persons? If I book it on private can the Nairobi departure can be changed to May 22 or 23? What kind of vehicle would transport from one Park/Lodge to the next? Same as in the game drives?

  We are concerned about Malaria transmission. What is the risk in the places we will be visiting?

  Kenya as a destination is considered with high risk of malaria transmission particularly elevated during the rainy seasons (March to May and October to December). As a preventive measure, some hotels/lodges in the safari circuit area, in Masai Mara, Amboseli National Park, Lake Naivasha/Nakuru, they provide mosquito nets on rooms. To minimize the risk, we suggest bringing an insect repellant containing DEET and wear a protective clothing during game drives such as long-sleeved shirts and long pants especially during the evening. We suggest consulting a medical professional for advice on precautions prior to travel including against malaria and yellow fever.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 28th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 28th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Prime Safaris. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
