- Menachem· September 25th, 2025Victoria Falls was great but only because I purchased an extra visit to the Devil's pool and to a cruise on the zambezi. TourRadar provided nothing but tent lodging. It was a safari only for 3 days when we did game drives and saw the animals. Majority of time were very long drives on very bad dirt roads with horrendous traffic jams. I still enjoyed this unique and demanding experience which I was able to handle even at my age of 86.Show more

Intrepid TravelOperator•Written June 2025Accommodation on this trip will be on Camping (with facilities) (31 nights), Camping (with basic facilities) (1 night), Camping (without facilities) (1 night), Cabin (3 nights), Hotel (2 night), Bunglow (2 night). Accommodation on this trip is mainly in two-person canvas dome tents with camping mattresses supplied. There may be the occasional night stop when we stay on the grounds of a hotel or at a campsite, which may also have rooms/cabins available. In this case, there may be a choice of camping or upgrading to a room. Rooms cost approximately USD 40-100 per room per night for a twin room and cannot be pre-booked.
