We would not have known what we missed had we not see them, but I am glad we did see the launch. He went above and beyond when he arranged a rain check to the Balloon Festival so we could go back Sunday before leaving town and we got to see the balloons fly. He was courteous and funny and added a lot to the trip. Our driver, Mitch, was a wonderful driver. I felt very safe the whole time we were on the road, both on the highway and maneuvering through towns. I would definitely travel with either of them again. He went over and above to insure all his travelers were comfortable and had a pleasurable experience on our trip. Our bus driver, Mitch, was an extremely experienced driver over some of the narrowest winding mountain roads I have ever been on. He handled the bus expertly! He was very professional but personable to all. They both made the trip a very positively enjoyable experience. One incident in particular stands out as a real trip saver. Our one day scheduled at the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta, the main reason for the trip, was rained out! Such a disappointment! However, Jason and Mitch saved the day by arranging for us to be able to be at the next day's balloon assencion...which happened to be the very last day of the Fiesta...a thoroughly enjoyable experience and one we will always cherish. They did this without sacrificing any of our other planned activities or stops. Without their thoughtfulness and enginuity, our trip would not have been complete.
