  Xavier, our tour director, was absolutely phenomenal. His seasoned professionalism was evident throughout the trip and even before it began, with well-prepared information documents and detailed instructions. He remained available and approachable, ready to answer any questions and making every effort to accommodate the individual needs of each guest. Xavier handled any unexpected issues with grace, ensuring there was no loss of experience. He has a wealth of knowledge about the areas we traveled to, and each location and activity felt tailor-made for us. Lazlo, our coach driver, was also professional and displayed years of experience, ensuring that our trip was comfortable, safe, and timely.Show more

  Wonderful trip! Our tour director, Carolyn, was very knowledgeable and well versed about Scandinavia and if there was any question that arose that she didn't have an immediate answer for, she researched it and found out! Her organization kept all our tour members largely on track over 12 days, in many cities across three countries. Our driver, Greg, was fantastic as well. We were never lost and he maneuvered the bus like a pro! The planned and optional experiences were enjoyable, the views were breathtaking, and the food was good, too! Carolyn and Costsaver/Trafalgar build small moments and experiences into the trip as well to allow you to experience a bit of the local culture. This makes the whole thing even more memorable! The hotels are satisfactory, but rooms are a bit small in some cases and TV technology is limited. Best to bring a tablet for streaming as wifi is generally available, but smart TVs are not. I would do this trip again in a heartbeat - loved it!!Show more

  Our tour director Carolyn was amazing! She was knowledgeable about all the places we went and worked hard to personalize the trip for everyone. She took the time to get to know each of us and had great recommendations for our free time. Greg, our driver, was amazing as he navigated the narrow roads and sharp turns through Denmark, Norway and Sweden. This trip was packed with beautiful scenery and history. If I could make one suggestion, I wish we had a little more time in the “lunch break” cities along the way. Some of the towns were beautiful but we didn’t really have any time to explore them.Show more

  This was a great trip overall. I would prefer to write a personal review directly to the tour company with suggestions of improvement, but I’m not sure where to do that or who to write it to (Trafalgar or Costsaver). Especially for one major issue! Prayfully they will let me know. It was just not long enough in the great places and to long in others. Many agreed. Just the same, I would recommend this trip to anyone! Amazing sceneries! Nice people. I would have preferred it be reinforced by the tour director for everyone to be respectful and hygienic when coughing or sneezing. Again, a great trip overall!Show more
