Where exactly would passengers need to board the cruise on Day 1? Do you have the port address to share so that I can see how far it is from my accommodation?

Travellers will receive the embarkation/disembarkation address along with their final documentation. As CroisiEurope River Cruises must work with the local port authorities they cannot release the joining address until approximately 30 days prior to departure.

I already bought this tour for my brother for the 14 August, I am wondering where exactly to board the tour in Budapest, Hungary (Port name, address) as he has never been to Hungary before.

I have sent him a message regarding his final documents. Unfortunately, we are still waiting for them. But as soon as we receive them, he will receive a message!

Is it possible to swap a traveler's details, and if possible, what fees may be included?

If you place a booking and have to change passengers at a later stage it's usually no problem but may carry a fee. I can't advise how much I'm afraid as it's the operator's decision and would depend on the reason and time of the request, but typically it wouldn't be more than EUR 50 or so.

Can we get halal food on board?

I have sent it off to the operator for them to advise if it is something they can accommodate. They will be getting back to you directly in the next 24-48 business hours with a response.

I use a stick to get round will there be access? I can't use a lift

There are always stairs onboard and not all ships even have a lift so as long as you are OK with stairs you are fine to join the cruise. As for a stick or cane that shouldn't be an issue at all, generally the guests on these river cruises are senior citizens and it's typical that a few guests are slow walkers and the operators also organize the cruises and excursions with this in mind.

  The prices vary per departure date, much as the rates for a flight do, and the advised 'from' price is always the lowest available date. The advised price, if you do not select a Cabin category, is always the entry level when 2 people share a cabin. If you select a cabin on a higher deck or if you're a solo traveler the price will have supplements.
