    We need to fly from Toronto to Guatemala, we would arrive in the late evening, and would we be able to get a ride to Antigua and a hotel. We want to fly in possibly on the 8th of Jan and have an extra day the 9th in Antigua, meeting with the group on the 10th in the evening. Is there a group shuttle?

      We are able to arrange an airport transfer on arrival to meet any flights, no matter what time of arrival. Currently the cost would be CAD35 per person (minimum 2 people) - private transfer. We can also arrange pre tour hotel for CAD70 per night and post tour hotel for CAD85 per night.

    Me and my mum are interested in the Mayan Encounter tour. However, we would be happy to end the tour on day 10 when it gets to Playa del Carmen as we would just check into a resort and stay there. I was wondering what would be the price if the itinerary is shortened.

      Technically, yes, you can leave the tour early on Day 10. However, this would result in you voluntarily departing the tour early and therefore any of the missed service are not eligible for refund. The tour price per person would remain the same if you stayed for all 12 days of the tour or if you left early on Day 10.

      We recommend using a backpack for your convenience, or a medium-sized suitcase if you prefer. A daypack is also essential for carrying everyday items. Space is limited on transportation, so there is a limit of one main piece of luggage per person. You will be responsible for carrying and handling your own luggage.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
