What time of day do we need to be in Reykjavik for the first day of the trip? Should we fly in the day before? And on the last day, for when should we arrange our departing flights? Do you pick us up at our hotel or the airport?

On the first day the pick up starts at 08:30 in Reykjavik, you would therefor need to fly in the day before or really early in the morning to be in Reykjavik before the pick up time. On the last day those who do not book the Blue Lagoon add-on are dropped off at the hotel in Reykjavik approximately at 15 o'clock. The rest of the group goes to the Blue Lagoon and is arriving back in Reykjavik around 19 o'clock.

Do you have any tour package for August 13 to Aug 17 for 2 adults and 2 kids (15 years & 9 years). preferably group tour.

We do not have group tour starting on the 13th of August, but we have 5-Day Reykjavík City Break with Golden Circle. Included are hotel in Reykjavík for 4 nights with breakfast and guided Golden Circle Tour on day 2 with pick up and drop-off at hotel. Optional add-ons are: - Blue Lagoon admission with pick up and drop-off at hotel. - South Coast Tour with pick up and drop-off at hotel. - Flybus transfer with return

On the last day if we decided not to join the blue lagoon how can we go back to our hotel or airport? Can u arrange airport transfer on our last day?

For those who do not have the Blue Lagoon they can enjoy a walk in the area around the lagoon or have a seat at Blue Café and enjoy the food and beverages they have to offer. It is no problem to add shared airport transfer, the prices are as seen below: One way shared airport transfer is 38 EUR per person. Both ways shared airport transfer is 68 EUR per person. The airport transfer can be added when booking the tour.

What is your recommendation for hotel that you pick up from/is close to pick up area? Also, does the shuttle from airport drop off and pick up near this area?

We can pick up from hotels in Reykjavík or the nearest bus stop, if the hotel is in the bus restricted zone. The Flybus operates in the same area.

I am not sure which night's accommodation is included in this package. What are the hotels that are included in this tour please?

For the 5-day Journey Around Iceland, the accommodation included is in the countryside around Iceland. Day 1 Akureyri, Day 2 Egilsstaðir, Day 3 Höfn, Day 4 Selfoss. So you would have to book the nights in Reykjavík prior to departure and after you get back to the city.

Can you advise what options you have for touring the island with accommodation please?

We are only operating the Ring Road tour once a week departing from Reykjavik on Mondays at 9am. If you are arriving at 6am or around that time there is a possibility for you to still join the tour starting the 31st August. You would have to book a private transfer with us from the airport so that we can coordinate between the drivers to make sure you would get to the tour on time.

Can you provide more info on whats included with this? Is the blue lagoon included? I'm looking to go Oct '26.
