Is there visa assistance for the whole tour and is there single occupancy available?

We can assist with the supporting documents for the visa application however it is still your responsibility to arrange entry requirements for the destinations. There is limited availability for the single supplement which will be for all nights stops EXCEPT Day 4 (basic camping). This is an additional charge of $399 USD.

Is it possible to upgrade accommodations on this tour?

The tour is operated using a specific room category at each property, and unfortunately, we are unable to pre-book accommodation upgrades through G Adventures. If you would like to explore upgrade options, these can be arranged directly with the hotels upon arrival, subject to availability and any applicable additional charges. While we cannot guarantee that upgrades will be available, the hotel teams will be happy to advise you on any options available during your stay.

Regarding the accomodation in tents, which amenities are available like toilet, shower, hot water and continuous electricity supply, since I suffer from sleep apnea and use breathing equipment during the night.

The accommodation style for this trip is hotels (2 nts), lodge/chalet (4 nts), full-service camping (1 nt). We are unable to assist the night in the Delta and therefore you would need to bring your own power supply for the device.

Are three spots available?

There is only 1 space left for this tour for the June 7 departure. This spot is also in the late request period, meaning we can not confirm right away we require 2 to 3 business days to check to see if we can confirm the spot or not. If you are looking for 3 adults you will have to look at a different departure date. The next available departure with space for 3 is June 21, 2025.

Do you arrange return airfares from Perth Western Australia as part of the package & what would the total package, land & air, cost?

Unfortunately we can not assist with international airfare so you would need to do this independently to the tour booking.

Could you confirm airport transfer services and single supplement fee cost?

Arrival transfer is USD 30 and departure transfer is USD 20. My Own Room fee is USD 419, subject to availability and confirmation.

Yes, the tour is available for booking on specific dates. It is best to check current availability for your desired departure.

Would it be possible to arrange a single room for extra cost, as offered on similar tours?

We do offer My Own Room for an additional charge. This tour, dependent on date and currency will be approximately $419 USD.

Is your lodging in Victoria Falls on the Zimbabwe side or the Zambia side?

The accommodation at Victoria Falls is the Explorers Village Lodge. This is located on the Zimbabwe side at Adam Stander Dr, Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe

Tour starting Victoria Falls to Windhoek available around 15th March?

We do not have a March 15th departure for this trip. We have March 1st, March 8th, which are on request. We also have March 29th departure.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before September 13th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after September 13th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with G Adventures. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and G Adventures will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "G Adventures" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
