The tour starts in Vienna at 16:00 (4 PM) on December 27, 2025 and ends in Rome at 12:30 PM on January 4, 2026. Please note: It is not recommended to book flights prior to 16:00 on the last day of the trip.

Id love to go on this tour- especially as i struggle with christmas. Is there any deal you can do me so it is more affordable.

Can I join this trip with my daughter? I am 46 years old and my daughter is 21 years old.

Is there a transfer from the airport to the accommodation on arrival?

Unfortunately, we do not have transfer for these trips.

Is the excursion to Auschwitz mandatory to join? Is there an option to do something else in the meantime?

For any of our tours, passengers can leave/ join the tour whenever they like. They do not have to do anything they don't want to do. The trip manager will be with the group leading the tour for Auschwitz, so unless other passengers don't want to that part of the tour or the trip manager gives an alternative, then there will be no compromise for the passenger. We do not compensate for any missed activities or inclusions on the tour.

Can you please advise if there will be any deals or promotions going for this tour? The traveler informed me that they are students and on a tight budget but really want to do this tour.

Her knowledge in the local culture for all the places we visited while providing information, recommendations, facilitating activities and group bonding throughout the whole trip is outstanding. She conducts herself in such a professional manner being well prepared but also while on a personal level She makes you feel so comfortable with her compassion and kindness. She always made an effort to be involved in the group and activities. She made sure I was able to see the Colosseum in Rome on my last day of the trip when I had flight to catch so she carried my luggage around at the colosseum until I had to run to catch a taxi. Her care and attention made the trip run smoothly plus, she had the best tips, recommendations, and fun facts to learn a little about each city. I have been on several group tours with different companies and destinations and Emily has been the best group manager of them all. You can tell she cares about her travelers & she goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has the best time possible! My only recommendation for the itinerary would be slightly more time in Slovakia, we had less than an hour there so we barely had time to eat. Could also have less time in Venice and more time in Vienna or Rome instead.Show more

There are things to see, options of entertainment, exposure to different cultures and new experiences I'll never forget. My advice for anyone considering the Eastern Trail is to have an open mind, be a little out going and have incinsentive to try new things and you'll have more fun then you ever expected. Show more

  It is getting so frustrating. It is again taking so long to get a response that we have missed the sale price of $1879. We kindly ask that you please honor this price so that we may go forward with our booking. We have 3 people in our group. Unfortuantely without knowing, the price increased and the whole point of our communication was to find out about promos and how to apply newsletter sign up credit.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
