    Asked on September 15th, 2016

Hello, I'm looking at the Explore Peru and Bolivia tour with Intrepid leaving Oct 17th which has 1 seat left. Can I hold this for 48 hrs? I'm also going to book Wonders of Brazil on Sun 20th Nov and Cuba Colonial on 5th Dec both with G Adventures. Is there a discount if I book 3 tours with you? Also, I traveled with G Adventures last year so I am due 5% discount, can you apply this? Thank you.

      TravelerWritten September 2016

We can always try to place a hold on this seat with Intrepid, however as the departure is so soon, it is not something they are offering as such. Please confirm for me your full name as per your passport, your date of birth and nationality and we will do our best to hold your place.

In reference to your savings requests, G Adventures offer the 5% off for repeat travellers on the condition you filled in the feedback form after your last tour. If this has been done, it will be on file in their system and there'll be no problems applying this on your booking with us at all.

We also reward our passengers through our travel credits scheme which allows you to apply further savings the more you book. You accumulate 3% of the amount paid on each tour booking in your travel credits account which can be applied to a future booking so long as there are no other savings applied.

We'll be more than happy to offer you 3% off two of your tours, leaving the third one to apply your travel credits too if you wish, or if you prefer to keep them for a future booking, I can offer 3% off all three tours - just let us know!
