Yes that is correct the date is confirmed to travel.

We are a group of 2 families looking to travel and explore - is this trip suitable for children and how big are the groups? I was also wondering if as a group of 8 there are enough of us for you to do us a trip on our own?

This specific tour would not be available as a private tour. However, we can find a similar tour that can be made available to your group as a private tour.

Is it possible to book for October 3rd? Which airport do you fly into and out of? Are there any additional fees for a solo traveler?

The nearest start airport is Windhoek (WDH), and the nearest end airport is Victoria Falls (VFA). We do not have additional fees to a booking if you are a solo traveller. However, if you do not want to share rooms with a roommate, you would have to book the single supplement, the My Own Room service to a booking which has an additional fee ($179 USD). The My Own Room service is sold out for this Oct 3rd departure though, but we could request it with our local office. Please note that if you have booked the "My Own Room" option for this tour, you will receive your own single accommodation for all night stops, with the following exceptions: Day 4.

I am 49, can I do this tour?

Unfortunately, the tour you are looking at is a tour specifically designed only for our 18 - 39 year old travellers. As you don't fit within that age bracket we won't be able to book you on this trip, however, we have plenty more trips on offer, so please do have a look at some alternatives in our classic range of tours.

While the main meals are provided during the tour, travelers may need to cater for some of their own meals, particularly when staying at campsites. This arrangement allows travelers to experience a variety of local foods.

Is ist possible to do the journey for 4 people starting on 15. of October?

This tour does not have a departure on the 15th October 2025, you can choose from the 3rd or 31st. That being said, the 31st only has 2 spaces available so would not work here. This tour would be 1439.00 EUR per person. Lastly, please note that this departure is an 18-39 tour, and so all travellers must be between these ages on Day 1 on the tour.

Is there a possibility to get an airport shuttle on the last day? My flight from Victoria Falls Airport would start at 9.00 a.m., so It would be great to be at the airport at around 7.00/7.15 a.m.

Would it be possible to have the breakfast even earlier at around 6 a.m.?

Although most tents do not allow adults to fully stand up, they are quite spacious with a base area of about 4 square meters and are regularly treated to repel water.
