    On day 8 it says departure day but also travel day. What time would it be possible to fly that day? Would it also be possible to fly the day before?

      Day 8 is the departure day of the tour. Your flight must depart no earlier than: 20:00 on Day 8 of the tour. So you must depart after 20:00 or the next day. It is not possible to depart before this time because the group would be travelling from Botswana and crossing the border to Namibia to arrive in Windhoek where the tour ends on arrival.

    • For any tour departing before June 16th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 16th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with G Adventures. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
