  Overall it was good but I was very disappointed as on the itinerary it had we would have lunch at a ranch but instead we had lunch at a local restaurant which was average. The ranch burnt down over 3 months before our tour started and they knew this so the itinerary should have been updated and we should have been advised. A few other inconsistencies in the itinerary provided as wellShow more

  This was a self guided tour which I wasn’t aware of and needs to be highlighted on the website. Excellent organisation and no issues with any timings of events. Only issue was the itinerary stated we were going to have lunch at a cattle ranch which didn’t happen and was subsidised with a local restaurant meal. After further investigation we found out the ranch had burnt down in November 2019 yet the itinerary was not updated therefore we missed out on this event which was very disappointing and we would like to be reimbursed as such. Hotels are not walking distance from the bus stations and the transfer to the port at Puerto Natales was included contrary to the itinerary. Charge for Miloden caves needs to be added as an extra. It was 8000 Chilean Pesos. The bus trip from El Calafate to Puerto Natales takes between 5-6 hours depending on the border crossing. This needs to be amended in the itinerary as well as there is no baggage limit for the tour. Also a note should be made about the pick up times for the airport transfer at the start of the tour as we had to wait for two hours and just happened to see our names on a board at a transfer window rather than a person waiting for us. Also the talk about the devil listed on day six of the itinerary didn’t happen and needs to be removed.   The tour overall was excellent - we saw & did everything we wanted to do. Only comments are to not book hosteria so far out of town that it's either a 10 minute taxi or a 45 minute walk to the centre eg Hosteria Koi Aiken in El Calafate. It would be wise not to put in tour notes that bus stations are within walking distance of most hotels because they are not. Also the address for your agent in El Calafate in the summary notes is incorrect but correct in the trip notesShow more

Lujan at Say Hueque was amazing to work with - punctual with responses, super accommodating, flexible with the adjustments we wanted to make and just overall very helpful. Our only feedback would be in regards to the transportation offered by the travel partner in El Chalten - combined, we lost several hours of our time because of their poor planning.Show more

  I did this trip couple of days ago and I really enjoyed it. Everything was very well organised, great itinerary and great selection of Hotels in El Calafate, El Chalten and Puerto Natales. Once we landed in El Calafate we found the bus company booked by our guides and got on the bus for El Chalten. There we did two amazing hiking trails Laguna de los Tres and Laguna Torre. Both of them were well maintained with magnificent views. From El Chalten a bus picked us up from our hotel and drove us back to El Calafate. There we visited the glacier national park to see Perito Moreno Glacier from the view points and from a boat (cruise) that took us very close for a better look. The guide we had was great, very knowledgeable and friendly (English, German and Spanish speaker). Then the following day, they picked us up early for our day in Torres del Paine national Park in Chile. The weather wasn't very good but it didn't rain and the view of the Torres was pretty limited (cloudy, misty) but still very impressive. From there the rest of the group went back to Argentina while we got picked up by a mini bus that took us to Puerto Natales where we spent two chilled days wandering around the town. The next day we took a taxi to the bus station where we caught the 8 o'clock bus back to El Calafate. Finally we spent one more day there and the following morning a mini bus picked us up and took us to the airport on time for our flight. To sum up, everything worked out very well and there were no problems in the hotels and the different means of transport. There was also good communication via email with the people from Say Hueque. They were very keen to see if everything was going ok for us. I would definitely recommend Say Hueque.Show more
