This tour was wonderful!. We we greeted at the airport in Cairo by MaMout and escorted through the process and expertly driven to our hotel. Hannah was our Guide in Cairo and Ramone while on the Nile Cruise. They were exceptional both in sharing their knowledge but navigating us through the process and answering All of our questions. Ramone was especially passionate about the Temples and was a joy to spend time with. We were 100% satisfied and taken care of in Egypt! We were greeted at the airport in Jordan than proceeded with the driver Abot to Petra. Our guide through Petra was very good but perhaps lacked the passion we were expecting. We then were driven to the Dead Sea and simply dumped at the hotel. We were unable to check in for 2 hours and had no way of getting to the Visitor Center or Baptismal Site as we had requested. Perhaps because the Egypt part of our trip was so exceptional, this was really a let down to end our adventure. Abot and our Greeter were kind but missed several opportunities with us. Just a warning to future travelers, be sure to take funds for tips. In total, it was certainly an expense while traveling. Highly recommend traveling with Look at Egypt Tours and Tour Radar.Show more

The overall tour was excellent. Guides were very knowledgeable about the places we visited. Lots of famous sites were squeezed into a busy 10 day tour. However, there were a few negatives that must be mentioned. The biggest one was that the flight we had to book from CAI to AMM got cancelled by Egyptair, and they are so far refusing to refund the money. We were able to book on Royal Jordanian instead, so we were able to take our tour as scheduled. I notified Look At Egypt tour company of the flight change details a month ahead, but apparently they never notified the tour guide, so we arrived in AMM to no tour guide. We wasted 2 hours in Amman airport trying to find our guide and wondering what we were going to do if we couldn't find anyone. Very stressful! We had to get Covid tested before each international flight, which our guides were very helpful at arranging. However, when we got to CAI, they told us that particular PCR test was not accepted in Jordan. They made us sit and wait for 2 hours before the flight while they claimed they were trying to contact Jordan. My daughters finally went up to the man at the ticket counter and cried, begging for help. He said we could go ahead now. Was that all a game they were playing, hoping for a bribe? It would have been helpful to have a guide with us at each airport so that these major kinks would not have happened. Every airport we were at had some snag that we were ill equipped to handle. We also had $400 in cash stolen from our room on the cruise. I had neglected to put it in the room safe when we left the room. Would I recommend the trip? Yes, because the sites were amazing, the guides were very knowledgeable, and our Jordan guide was so wonderful that he invited us to his home for a home cooked meal on our last night, which was the best meal of the trip. Just beware of being swindled at every turn, and take necessary precautions.Show more

We are as Look at Egypt tours just a LOCAL TOUR COMPANY we have nothing to do with THE AIRLINES DELAY OR REFUND OR PCR ISSUES we made your trip as you know as per itinerary and the service delivered as per the book we are responsible about HOTELS, GUIDES, TRANSPAORATION AND SIGHTSEEING ONLY. For the Jordanian airline and Egypt air we cant do anything with this we don’t have any interference with the international airlines and no guide allowed to be at the counter during your boarding it is the passenger and the airline staff but if you remember our airport staff Tarek transferred and helped you for the allowed places and also MR. AHMED the owner was following you until you solved your issue until 5:00 Am and for the PCR also we helped you to get your PCR with the QR but the RJ staff was very tough but Mr Ahemd talked to him and he promised he will allow you to pass and also all of this out of our hands but we always try to help you are our guests, also for your refund with EGYPT AIR we can’t help in this and this out of our authority both us or Tour radar. For the notification for your arrival look at Egypt tours cant miss very important note like this it was a problem in the Jordanian airports for the check license etc but we made it up with complementary dinners and upgrade for the delay of the airport staff plus we take an action ( no need to mention here) For the boat you think you lost 400 usd you didn’t tell any body about that but please let me assure you that the staff in Egypt specially on the boats no one can do something like this never ever maybe you lost somewhere but no one can ever steal from you!! Again we are happy you back home safely and healthy and I hope I was able to clarify these points for you and we hope to see you again and we wish you all the best thank you please stay safe.

Even though we went in unprecedented times because of the Coronavirus pandemic, this trip exceeded all our exceptions. Look at Egypt Tours (LET) staff was amazing. We were greeted at the airport and LET made sure that we were cared for the whole tour. Unfortunately, part of our tour was cut short because Amman's airport was closed due to the pandemic so we never got to see Petra or the Dead Sea, this will have to occur in a future trip. I would highly recommend Look at Egypt Tours to anyone one and hope to be booking another adventure with them soon.Show more

The itinerary was well planned, service exceeded beyond our expectations, transportation was great, guides (Mohammad from Aswan and Dallia from Cairo) were very knowledgeable and friendly, accommodation were 5 stars, food was lovely, and overall we were amazed to explore the beauties of Egypt in just 9 days.
