How do I travel from Miami to Rome and arrange to meet the group and be on time to start the tour?

For this tour, you would fly from Miami to Rome, Italy, normally into Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO). The Great European Break from Rome to Zurich - 7 days begins in Rome, and your arrival airport transfer is included. Once your flights are booked, you'll provide us with your arrival details so the local team can arrange your transfer from the airport to the starting hotel. On Day 1, you'll meet the tour guide at the hotel and receive the information for the start of the tour. There is also an evening group outing planned in Rome. If you'd prefer some extra breathing room after the overnight flight from Miami, we can also look at adding a pre-tour night in Rome before the tour begins.

Our travelers are interested in exploring Europe, starting in Rome and ending in Zurich, and would like to customize their itinerary if possible. Could we replace Innsbruck with a stop in Milan or Tirano to catch The Bernina Express, then connect with you again in Zurich?

The itinerary seems to be inaccurate. Our travel dates are not in July, it is from 7th to 17th of May. I had insisted on the train ride from Milan to Zurich included. I see the option provided goes through Austria instead.
