Bucharest
You'll arrive in Bucharest and head to your hotel to check in and get settled. After that, you've got free time to wander around and check out the city's nightlife scene if you'd like. Your guide will meet you in the evening to go over what's coming up during the rest of the trip.

Bucharest - Peles Castle - Bran Castle - Sibiu
Head out early toward Sinaia to see Peles Castle, a 19th-century royal residence that's been well preserved. From there, you'll continue to Bran Castle (also called Dracula's Castle) to learn the real history of Vlad Dracula and explore this 14th-century fortress. In the afternoon, you'll drive to Sibiu for the night.

- Day 4
Sibiu - Corvin Castle - Timisoara
After breakfast, you'll take a guided walking tour through Sibiu's Old Town, a city that was named Europe's Capital of Culture in 2007. Next, you're heading to Corvin Castle, one of Romania's most impressive Gothic castles and among Europe's largest, with plenty of history and local legends attached to it. You'll have some free time at the castle before heading to Timisoara for the night.

- Day 5
Timisoara - Arad - Vrsac - Belgrade
Start with breakfast and a walking tour of Timisoara's Old Town, known for its Turkish and Austro-Hungarian architecture and named European Capital of Culture in 2019. Then you'll go to Arad for a brief cultural walk, stop in Vrsac to see the recently rebuilt fortress with views of the Banat region, and continue into Serbia toward Belgrade, arriving for the night.

Belgrade - Sarajevo
After breakfast, your guide meets you for a Belgrade city tour starting at Knez Mihailova, a busy shopping street full of cafes and shops. You'll see major landmarks and get great views of the Danube and Sava rivers from Belgrade Fortress. Free time in the city center follows before you head to Sarajevo for the night.

Sarajevo - Vrelo Bosna - Mostar
Breakfast at the hotel, then a walking tour of Bascarsija, the historic quarter where Eastern and Western cultures blend together with oriental charm and diverse flavors. You'll visit Vrelo Bosna to see the natural beauty there. Continue to Mostar and walk through the Old Town to see Stari Most, the iconic UNESCO-listed Old Bridge. Lunch happens at a local spot with a view, and you'll have time to explore and try traditional Turkish coffee.

After breakfast, you'll head to Kravica Waterfall, one of the popular attractions in the Hercegnovi district, and have free time to enjoy the natural surroundings. Then continue to Dubrovnik, the Pearl of the Adriatic, where you'll explore the Old Town with its well-preserved walls and terra-cotta roofs. A guided walking tour covers the main areas, and you'll have free time to wander afterward.

Dubrovnik - Perast - Kotor
After breakfast, the main tour ends. If you're interested, there's an optional full-day tour of Montenegro available for €85 per person that goes through scenic valleys and the Bay of Kotor, includes the charming town of Perast, and an optional boat trip to Lady of the Rocks island, plus about 3 hours of free time in Kotor's walled old town.
