We’re extremely disappointed to hear your comments about you trip and we really apologize for the wrong impression you had it. It seems that it happened due to some kind of misconception as you know we mentioned in our website as well as in our brochure very clearly about flexibility, which we provide in our tours and we take pride in ensuring the customer´s satisfaction.

We want you to be able to start at any point on the trip, to select the dates that are most convenient for you, to continue on your journey as long as you wish and to begin at the most suitable airport for you as flights are not included.“”
As well as we offer the possibilities to add extra night before starting the tour or after finishing the tour, take a stopover during the journey, pick a sector etc.… Due to this flexibility, you changed of guide and buses several times as we reflect on our terms and conditions as well:

You also reflected the dissatisfaction regarding the location and maintenance of the hotels as well as about the breakfast hall but again as you can check all about it , it´s already mentioned in “My Trip” link and we would like to remind that our hotels are selected specially for groups, big spaces for coaches, lifts…

In the event that you consider your room is not appropriate, please tell the guide and report it to the reception desk for them to evaluate the option of changing your room. For safety’s sake, use the safe deposit boxes to store valuable objects/cash. Take care not to leave your belongings in the communal areas of the hotel (reception area, breakfast room).”””
We always say if there is any kind of problem in the room regarding the maintenance, you have to communicate directly to hotel staff or to your guide; now it´s too late to help you, we pass their comments to the corresponding department.
About breakfast in different rooms, has a simple explanation, operational reasons:
“”””Breakfast: the breakfasts are usually cold buffet breakfasts, which normally include coffee, fruit juice, bread, butter, jam, pastries, cheese, ham, cereals and fruit. Some hotels may offer a continental breakfast, consisting of white coffee, fruit juice and bread and butter/jam or pastries.
For practical and organisational reasons, in some hotels, the group has breakfast in rooms specially organised for groups at the times reserved for them. “””
Maps and other information on tour: In place of distributing maps during the tour of the different cities, we created an App which all our passengers can access again through their My trip link and get the detailed information: maps , restaurants etc…

Regarding the WIFI in the coaches: The WIFI service is offered as a courtesy and Europamundo will not assume responsibility for not having it in a part of the route, even in the complete circuit.
We have a good number of buses with free WIFI service (30 Mb / person / day), but its use is conditioned according to destination country, regulations and available units. When the service is available and to optimize its use, we recommend deleting the Automatic Updates option on your smartphone or Tablet and monitoring the applications that are in the background. In fact, the ideal is to use it to read your e-mail and use instant communications applications like WhatsApp. The WIFI service is offered as a courtesy and Europamundo will not assume responsibility for not having it in a part of the route, even in the complete circuit.
We also would like to remind that the usage of WC´s also we indicated in the same link
Due to the hygiene regulations, not all our coaches have WCs and if they do, travelers are requested to use them wisely (to prevent unpleasant odours and, depending on the stages, due to difficulties in emptying and cleaning them). In some coaches with this service, access is subject to payment, which ensure unrestricted and moderate use. The coaches stop in service areas, to allow passengers to use the toilets.
Mrs. Hubbard, we don’t have any intention to hide any kind of information, we have at your disposal our website www.europamundo.com with all the itineraries, terms and conditions, hotels, etc… Also, you have “my trip” link, a live space where it´s updated for every single customer, where is reflected with total and absolute openness all the information about our tours, to our customers before starting the tour.
