We are pleased to confirm that we can comfortably accommodate your group of 11 adults for the requested departure on Wednesday, 2 December 2026. While our standard departures are limited to 10 guests, private departures such as yours are fully customizable, and we will ensure proper logistics, vehicle allocation, and lodge arrangements to maintain comfort and exclusivity throughout the journey. For 11 guests, we will allocate two 4x4 safari vehicles during the safari portions to guarantee ample space, window seating, and optimal wildlife viewing. Gorilla trekking in Volcanoes National Park and chimpanzee trekking in Kibale National Park require advance permits, which are limited and issued on a first-come basis. Given your group size, we recommend securing these permits as early as possible to ensure availability on your preferred dates. Your Tanzania safari will include time in the iconic Serengeti National Park, known for its exceptional wildlife density and classic African landscapes. Early December is a beautiful time of year, with lush scenery and excellent game viewing.

We might have 6-7 of us. We want to do 9 nights or less. Could we shorten this tour? Also, what discounts can you offer for 6 of us? We are planning to do a safari in Tanzania in July. Some of us want to see gorillas too.

We can customize the tour to 9 nights by focusing on one gorilla trek (Rwanda or Uganda) and the key Tanzania safari parks such as Serengeti and Ngorongoro. This ensures you still experience both gorillas and wildlife without feeling rushed. For your group of 6, we can offer special group rates on accommodations, transport, and guide services. Gorilla trekking permits are fixed by the governments, but we'll optimize other costs.

Would like to travel with two people but separate accommodations. How much is the single supplement? Do you have similar tour which includes Murchison Falls and the gorilla trekking in the price?

It's possible to tailor-make this itinerary to include Murchison Falls National Park, giving you the chance to experience Uganda's most dramatic waterfall in addition to gorilla and chimpanzee trekking. We also offer other safari options that include Murchison Falls but do not extend into Tanzania. The single supplement costs an additional USD $700 per person, which allows each of you to have a separate room throughout the trip.

We had a 2 week tour in East Africa with this company. Aron helped us create the perfect itinerary for our needs. He was so patient with us and answered every question we asked in a timely manner. Compared with other tour companies we tried working with, he was the only one who said my daughter could go gorilla trekking in Uganda at 12 years old, and she did and loved every second of it! Everyone else said she had to be 15. His fees were also more reasonable than other tour companies by far, and he gave us the best hotels! Dan was an angel guide and driver. He has such a sweet soul. He is so patient and a very good driver, and tried so hard to make sure we were happy and comfortable. We miss them both so much! We highly recommend this company. They are such a good team and treated us like family!Show more

  Yellow Fever vaccination (required for entry if arriving from an endemic country)

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
