Cass was absolutely fantastic and truly made the trip such a memorable experience! Her professionalism, knowledge, preparation and enthusiasm were second to none! Everything was so well organised and taken care of, which made the entire experience feel effortless and enjoyable. As someone who can be a nervous traveller, I honestly couldn't have felt more comfortable and at ease with Cass looking after us. She was always approachable, patient and more than happy to answer any questions, offer help or go out of her way to make sure everyone was happy and comfortable. Her passion, attention to detail and genuine care were always on display. It’s clear how much pride she takes in what she does, and it made such a difference to the overall experience’ I can't thank Cass enough for making the trip so enjoyable, stress-free and memorable’ She went above and beyond, and I wouldn't hesitate to travel with her again. An absolute credit to the team! Highly recommend!Show more

Cass was absolutely the highlight of my Topdeck experience. Not only was she extremely organised, knowledgeable on everywhere we went and made everyone feel at ease, but she had customisable recommendations for whatever type of holiday each person in the group wanted to have, whether you wanted a big night out, romantic dinner, something adventurous or anything in between. Cass was so kind, welcoming and supportive of everyone on our tour, creating such a fun culture that made us all feel like we had known each other for years. I have recommended friends and family to Topdeck for many reasons and have always mentioned that they need to request Cass as a guide.Show more

Cass was an absolutely brilliant tour guide! She made the entire trip so much fun and brought such great energy to the experience. She had fantastic recommendations for food spots, places to visit, and things to do, as well as great insights into the different destinations we explored across Europe. She really helped make the trip such a memorable and enjoyable experience. I couldn’t recommend her enough!Show more
