- Day 1
Broome
You'll arrive in Broome and have the day to settle in at your own pace. Check out the colorful Chinatown area, look through pearl boutiques, or just relax if you're tired from travel. In the evening, you'll join your Travel Director for sunset drinks on Cable Beach, which is one of Australia's most well-known stretches of sand.

Broome
This is a full free day in Broome, so you can explore however you like. The pearl boutiques are worth a browse, Cable Beach stretches 22 kilometres if you want a long walk, and Chinatown's streets are fun to wander. Pearl farm visits or scenic flights are available if you want to add those (at your own cost). By evening, you'll have dinner overlooking Cable Beach with the other travelers.

Broome to Port Hedland
You're heading to Port Hedland through the Pilbara landscape, which is really distinctive with its red earth and mineral streaks. Once you arrive, you'll visit the world's largest bulk export port to see the industrial side of Australia's resource industry up close.

Karijini National Park
Today you'll explore Western Australia's second-largest national park with its deep gorges, cascading waterfalls, and hidden turquoise rock pools. The tour takes you through the 630,000-hectare Hamersley Range, showing off billions of years of geological history through the red layered cliffs, quiet gorges, and distinctive termite mounds.

- Day 5
Karijini to Karratha
You're traveling through rugged Pilbara terrain toward the coast and Karratha. Along the way, you'll stop at Ngajarli (Deep Gorge) to see ancient petroglyphs and learn about indigenous history, then you'll visit the famous Red Dog Statue, which is a local legend with a wandering spirit.

Karratha to Exmouth
You'll travel hundreds of kilometres across the Pilbara region to reach Exmouth on the World Heritage-listed Ningaloo Coast. Your accommodation is just metres from the water, so you'll have nice ocean views from North West Cape and you're positioned perfectly as the gateway to Ningaloo Reef's marine life.

Ningaloo Reef
You have a full day of marine activities with options that suit what you want to do. Snorkel over Ningaloo Reef with an ethical operator and you might see whale sharks or humpback whales moving through schools of fish. Or book a sunset cruise instead, or just walk the sand looking for dolphins. It's really your choice.

Landmarks Ningaloo Reef - Day 8
Exmouth to Carnarvon
You'll experience Ningaloo Reef without getting wet on a glass-bottom boat cruise through the marine sanctuary from Coral Bay. An on-board naturalist guides you through seeing turtles, colorful coral, and fish. After that, you'll travel to Carnarvon to visit the Carnarvon Space and Technology Museum, which played a key role in broadcasting the 1969 moon landing to the world.

Carnarvon to Shark Bay
You're traveling through World Heritage-listed Shark Bay, Australia's largest bay with over 1,000 kilometres of beaches. You'll visit Hamelin Pool to see stromatolites, which are 'living fossils' showing what life was like 3.5 billion years ago, then check out Shell Beach with its snow-white expanse of coquina shells stretching 70 kilometres. You'll end your day at Monkey Mia.

Monkey Mia
Wake up early to watch wild dolphins swim close to shore at Monkey Mia, where National Park Rangers explain the feeding habits of these friendly marine mammals they know by name. You'll have a leisurely breakfast overlooking the calm bay waters, and the rest of the day is free to explore or just relax.

Shark Bay to Geraldton
You'll experience Kalbarri National Park's striking gorges, towering coastal cliffs, and rare wildlife from the Kalbarri Skywalk. In spring, wildflowers cover the countryside. Then you arrive in Geraldton to pay respects at the HMAS Sydney Memorial honoring sailors lost during WWII, and you can explore the seaside town's foreshore and cathedral at your own pace.

- Day 12
Geraldton to Perth
You're exploring two final wilderness areas before arriving in Perth. First up is the lunar-like moonscape of the Pinnacles in Nambung National Park, where limestone structures rise up to 3.5 metres high, formed 30,000 years ago. Then you'll experience Yanchep National Park with an Aboriginal guide, tasting native bush tucker, learning about medicinal plants, and perhaps trying the didgeridoo. You'll arrive in Perth for a farewell dinner to share stories with fellow travellers.
