The guides were very deficient in general: they were never there when needed, very bad level of English and little information about the places visited in general, many passengers of 5 or 6 languages in the same contingent makes the translations tedious. Very disorganized pick up system in the morning at the hotels. The information was not on the billboards and it was a chaos.Show more
