    We can certainly help arrange an extra pre-night in Reykjavík. However, please note that the first included hotel night of the tour itself may be outside Reykjavík, depending on the itinerary.

    We have a vast list of hotels where we can pick you up from. I would recommend booking one hotel close to the bus stops or one hotel where we can pick you up directly at.

    $300 /night still is very expensive. Do you pick up at the some bus stops? so I can find a cheaper hotel near a bus stop which you can pick up and drop me off? which bus stops you pick up / drop off? this way to help me to search a cheaper options for hotel.

    The tour visits the Snæfellsnes Peninsula, including coastal areas such as Londrangar, where puffins commonly nest during the summer months. While the itinerary does not include a dedicated puffin-watching excursion, the guide will typically stop at viewpoints where puffins can often be seen if they are present.
    
    That said, puffin sightings cannot be guaranteed, as they are wild birds and their presence depends on factors such as:
    - Weather conditions
    - Time of day
    - The stage of the nesting season
    
    In July, however, puffins are still actively nesting in Iceland (generally from late April until mid-to-late August), so your chances of seeing them are very good.

    The price will depend on the availability of the hotel at the moment the booking is confirmed.
    However, you can expect a rate around 250-300 USD /night with breakfast included for a standard double/ twin room at Hotel Cabin, Norðurey City Garden.

    Usually we are trying to book the same hotel, yes.
    The location is close to the center, about 20-25 minutes walking, or 10 minutes in local bus.

    Some hotels do offer the option for triple room, but there are few that do not have this option. Usually, in these cases, we arrange a double/ twin room + 1 single room. However, if a double room would be sufficient, we can also arrange this way.

    Does the tour include hotel pick-up on Day 1 (June 12) from the hotel where my client will stay on June 11?
    
    On Day 5 (June 16), where does the tour end? Does it drop off at a hotel in Reykjavik, or somewhere else?
    
    Does the tour include any airport transfers (Keflavík Airport to Reykjavik, or return)?

    Yes, pickup can be either from the hotel or a nearest pickup location. We usually book hotels we can pick up directly from.
    
    Same applies for the dropoff.
    
    We are not able to provide airport shuttle. That is a specific company who runs that and it's called Flybus Iceland, you would need to book that directly with them.

    The meeting location is always in Reykjavík, at designated pickup locations.
    Could be 8 am or 9am the start time on the first day.

    As for the last day, if your flight is at 17h00, it means that you will have to be at the airport around 15h00, which is not doable.
    I am afraid we do not offer drop off at the airport.

    You are interested on a 5-day tour. This would need to start on December 20th and then you will be back on December 24th at around 18:00-19:00.
    
    If your flight is on December 24th at 17:55, I'm afraid this doesn't match. The best option is our Deluxe 3-Day Wellness Tour with Sightseeing, Geothermal Lagoon Entrances & Hotel
    In which you would then start on December 20th, and tour will finish on December 22nd. You will then have few days free to perhaps join another tour departing from Reykjavík.
