Overall, this was a great trip. The staff were professional, the food was excellent, and the ship was immaculate. However, I'm giving it 4.5 stars rather than 5 for one reason. My group of four booked this cruise on January 20, 2026. It wasn't until May 27, 2026—just 10 days before departure—that we were informed by Crucemundo that they had not reached the minimum of 10 English-speaking passengers required to operate the excursion program in English. We were offered the option of joining the Spanish-speaking excursions or arranging tours through an outside provider. To their credit, they upgraded us to a Junior Suite, which was fantastic and greatly appreciated. The challenge was that 10 days' notice was not enough time to comfortably arrange alternative tours. Since we had paid for three excursions, we expected some assistance in finding workable alternatives once onboard. Instead, we had to seek out the Cruise Director ourselves and request permission to join one of the excursion buses. We were able to participate using a translation app, but after one tour we were informed that we could no longer join the group excursions and would need to make our own arrangements for the remainder of the trip. As a result, we felt excluded from much of the excursion experience, including the afternoon briefings that prepared passengers for the next day's activities. I understand that hiring an English-speaking guide for only four passengers may not have been practical. However, I believe more support could have been provided to help us navigate our days ashore and make the most of the excursions we had purchased. Despite this disappointment, the cruise itself was wonderful. The ship, crew, accommodations, and dining exceeded expectations, and we still had an amazing trip overall.Show more

The food was amazing and the best part of the cruise and the waiters in the dining room were fabulous. Alina was very helpful. Toilets in our cabin didn't work at all for 20 hours, it was disgraceful. We are Australian and the communication was very poor over the loud speakers as they didn't translate any information to English. Smoking by the captain wasn't pleasant as the smoke would blow into the sundeck area for us to inhale. We were told the ship was "no smoking"Show more
