The team is extremely pleasant and available almost 24 hours a day to answer any questions, with meticulous organization. When a misunderstanding arose with a local tourist agency concerning an activity, Tour Radar did not hesitate to reimburse me within 24 hours, even though they were not responsible. The proposed activities were well thought out and coherent. The locations, including accommodation, were chosen with great care and are among the best services available in the region. We had explored different options for touring around Bavaria prior to coming across this organised itinerary, and it made sense to us to leave the planning and logistics to those in the know! STM LLC were a pleasure to deal with. All queries from us were dealt with promptly and efficiently, we were very impressed by the level of their Customer Service. The tour ran like clockwork, from the airport transfer service, to receiving prompts from STM on the time & location to pick up that days tour. We enjoyed visiting all of the locations covered by the tours & having a guide added a deeper understanding of the history of the areas & highlighted particular places of interest. All of the locations visited were fantastic, beautiful scenery and picture perfect towns & villages! We would have no hesitation in recommending STM and this tour to anyone wishing to visit Bavaria!Show more
