  An unforgettable trip thanks to outstanding tour guide and organization! From day one, I felt like I was in the best possible hands with Andrea. She is incredibly approachable and always made everyone feel welcome. What really impressed me was how she handled unforeseeable situations; she managed every unexpected twist with absolute professionalism and genuine empathy, which kept the entire group completely relaxed. Her communication was excellent throughout the trip. She always provided the right amount of information at exactly the right time, and all rules and expectations were perfectly clear. On top of that, she was always happy to share interesting insights about the local culture and people, which truly enriched our experience. The logistics of the tour were seamless. The preselected restaurants were generally fantastic, offering great food, and the hotels were well-chosen and comfortable. I highly recommend this tour and can't thank Andrea enough for making it such a memorable journey! What could be improved: the group size was too big. My group agreed that the trip would be way more relaxed with less people (less waiting for everyone e.g. at the boarder, in restaurants and also for a better group vibe in general).Show more

  I couldn't have asked for a better guide than Andrea on my Intro to Central America tour! She had a real gift for keeping everyone on track and organized, all while making the whole trip feel relaxed and fun. What really stood out was how she handled the unexpected. When the roads flooded and things could have easily gone sideways, Andrea kept her cool and turned a tricky situation into one of the highlights of the trip. She took us to a fantastic little restaurant off the beaten path where we ended up watching the England World Cup match — one of those spontaneous, only-on-the-road moments I'll never forget. Andrea's calm, positive energy and quick thinking made all the difference. If you're lucky enough to have her as your guide, you're in great hands.   Andrea as a tour leader was amazing. She was so thoughtful and caring making sure to check in on all of us and that we were all happy with everything. She was also very organised making the whole trip stress free and a really enjoyable experience for everyone. I never once felt unsafe and she was so hardworking to make sure we had the best time possible. Andrea was very approachable and I would not be afraid to go to her if I had any worries at all. She was overall so fun and such a cool group leader making the whole trip unforgettable and brought the group so much closer together, I couldn’t recommend her enough she really was the best!Show more

  I had an amazing time on the Central America Intro trip, every day felt like a new discovery. The cenotes were breathtaking, the temples and ruins transported me back in time, and the hikes gave us unforgettable views and moments of wild beauty. I loved meeting local people, learning about the culture, and exploring with knowledgeable local guides who brought each place to life. Our tour leader- Andrea was the absolute heart of this trip! Her vibrant, full-of-life energy was completely infectious, and she kept us laughing every single day with her funny jokes. Beyond being incredibly fun, she was remarkably accommodating and seamless in her execution. Even when unexpected changes forced her to adjust plans on the fly, she handled everything flawlessly without ever missing a beat. Andrea went above and beyond to make our grueling hike days feel easier and more manageable, ensuring everyone felt supported and cared for.   Wowza!!! I had the most incredible time during my 18 day Central America trip (starting 28th May)! It honestly ticked all the boxes and then some! I felt like it was a great mix of beach/snorkelling activities, culture and adventure! Some of the travel days in Guatemala are very long and exhausting but they are so worth it! The swimming in Mexico and Belize where we were so lucky to see stingrays, nurse sharks, a turtle and two manatees, was a huge highlight for me! You’ll never find me happier than in the sea… or so I thought. The Acatenango hike was absolutely worth it for the views from base camp!! Fuego put on an incredible show for us with eruption after eruption! If you’re worried that you don’t think you are for enough for the hike, rest assured that the guides will take as many breaks as you need, there is absolutely no pressure! Finally we had the most incredible tour leader Andrea who was flying solo for the first time! We would have never guessed, had she not told us! She was absolutely amazing; she managed some challenging situations seamlessly, always seemed one step ahead of everyone else, has the cutest dimples when she smiles (so we saw them a lot!!), knew how to join in and have fun whilst remaining professional, made everyone feel valued, and has the most random facts to share with you! I am so so grateful to Andrea and the group for such an amazing trip. It truly felt like a once in a lifetime experience!Show more

  The tour was really nice and had many different kinds of activities included. A highlight was the snorkeling trip in Caye Caulker, where we saw Manatees, Nurse sharks, eagle rays and different fishes. The Acatenango hike was quite challenging but everyone made it to the Basecamp. All was well organized and with Ceci, Regina and Andrea we had incredible guides who always took care for us and have been there if anyone needed help.Show more
