we are interested in going to Vienna prior to meeting the tour in Prague. Can you help with those accommodations? Could we fly there then take a train to Prague?

We are only able to arrange additional accommodation in relation the our trip at the starting and ending hotel. If you are thinking about doing Vienna prior to this trip which is a great idea you will need to arrange the accommodations yourself. You can take a train or bus from Vienna to Prague, it's about a 4 hours journey. I highly recommend checking out the Rome2Rio website it's a great tool to assist with the logistics; you will be provided all transportation options, the time schedule/approximate cost, and you can also pre-purchase tickets if needed.

Are any tours exclusively solo, or will percentage of solo Travelers be guaranteed on any of the tours

Our tours are group tours. On our trips, rooming is arranged on a twin-share basis. We pair solo travellers with another traveller of the same gender, as indicated by the gender marker on their passports. We also offer an optional single supplement on most trips for travellers who prefer to have their own room. Most departures are a mix of solo travellers and couples/group travellers, except for family trips.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 7th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 7th, 2026, a minimum payment of $400 is required to confirm your booking with Intrepid Premium. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 56 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Intrepid Premium will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Intrepid Premium" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
