  To be honest I don’t really know where to start, because the whole experience was unforgettable. But the main thing that made the trip special was the host/guide Ali. The hospitality and welcoming nature from the beginning made us feel super comfortable. We loved all the people along the way including the other guides across Morocco, Esmail, Mohammad and Hassan. Ali even took us along to visit a Nomad village which was an incredible experience and went out of his way to really make our tour super unique. We had great music for every mile of the way, thanks for a few tracks there mate, they’ve been added to the playlist 😂 Every place we visited was unique and had its own part in history. I highly recommend this company and tour, and will be looking forward to doing more with them in the near future. Make sure to drink plenty of that Moroccan tea because you will miss it when you leave!Show more

My husband and I embarked on the Imperial Cities tour from Marrakesh and ended in Casablanca. Ali made sure that every last detail was taken care of throughout our entire trip. He goes above and beyond and is always two steps ahead. Morocco is truly enchanting, from the culture, history, diverse landscapes to the warm welcoming people. It’s hard to pick, but our favorite experience was glamping in the Sahara desert. We created memories on this trip that we will never forget and hope to visit Morocco again one day! If you are looking for a personalized, once in a lifetime experience with a highly professional tour guide, look no further than Morocco Joy Travel.   I really don't know where to start with my glowing review of this extraordinary company and the individuals that operate it. I did pretty extensive research on a tour that would best fit my trip to Morocco and was so impressed with the pre-trip communication by Morocco Joy Travel and Ali. After arrival (where Hamid was awaiting me at the airport just as arranged), the rest of the the trip was seamless and coordinated to make the most of every minute. I felt safe, I had wonderful accommodation, Hamid was a perfect travel companion (he even put up with my belting out the 80's ballads we listened to on our drives), and saw spectacular sights. Hamid was also an expert photographer and was ALWAYS willing to do an impromptu photo shoot at our scenic stops haha! I also had some fantastic city tours arranged by Morocco Joy Travel. Where I have to especially acknowledge Morocco Joy Travel for service I haven't ever before encountered was when I got a little sick (my Midwestern stomach maybe wasn't ready for all that delicious Moroccan fare!) but Ali and Hamid were so flexible and so committed to making me comfortable and getting me well again which was such a relief to know I had such support in that unexpected situation. In summary - I have already recommended Morocco Joy Travel to literally every friend that has asked me how my trip was and I am hoping that this review is the decisive factor in YOU deciding to put your trust in Morocco Joy Travel, Ali, and Hamid to give the trip of a lifetime!!! -KateShow more

  My first trip to Morocco became oh so memorable due to Morocco Joy Travel's staff -Said (guide) and Hamid (driver), the blend of different cultures, history and its people. They made a wonderful pair - it started with the easy to spot and personal pick up, timely drop off and pick ups, and even accommodating to our requests (as wanting to stay at a certain location longer or not stopping by locations that were planned). Hamid's driving skills kept on schedule and comfortable (no one got car sick during the curvy drive up and down the Atlas Mountain), and Said's knowledge of the country's history and culture educated and also entertained us. All places that we visited (Casablanca, Marrakesh, Fez, Atlas Mountain,Dades gorges) were amazing in their unique ways - but the time in the desert was the most impressive. Truly a beautiful country and amazing trip. I only wish we had more time to spend in Morocco - hoping to return again with Morocco Joy Travel.Show more

  Where do I even begin! Ali was the MOST amazing tour guide and showed us Morocco in a way we never would have seen it had we traveled solo. We arrived to someone waiting for us at the airport and had cold refreshments in the car. Each city was better than the next and Ali’s attention to detail and organization made the trip spectacular. Having been raised near the Sahara, he provided unique insights and personal stories throughout the experience that made us understand the culture of Morocco on a deeper level. He was a joy to be with in the car and we looked forward to waking up to start the day each day. He perfectly crafted a plan every morning but also allowed for us to swap activities or add things in as the day went. Our best days were when we had the chance to stop and check out local activities and things happening along our route. It was a joy to see him interact with his family members along the way and is clear that he is loved by everyone who meets him! We could not have asked for a better guide to spend our trip with, and I would recommend him and this trip to anyone looking for an experience of a lifetime!Show more

  This was a fantastic tour of Morocco with Morocco Joy Travel - my wife and I loved it! Ali was our guide for the tour and he was wonderful. Ali was great at giving us interesting details on the places we visited, advice on what to do in different locations, he had really good, consistent communication, and he was just fun to be with. He was also very flexible - we had a suitcase get lost in transit and he helped call the baggage handlers and get our bag delivered much faster and easier than it would have been otherwise, and he adapted our schedule to accommodate this. We also wanted to add on a side-trip and he gave great advice on what to do with the extra time and made it happen (for a very reasonable extra cost). We loved visiting intense Marrakech and visiting crowded markets and beautiful palaces with a local guide. Next we headed through the rugged Atlas Mountains on our way to the desert. Ali did a great job of stopping at interesting sites along the way for pictures and to stretch our legs. A highlight of our trip was riding camels in the sand dunes to experience the desert in a unique way. After a night in the desert camp, we drove to Fes, again making useful and interesting stops along the way. In Fes, we again had a local guide that took as, with Ali’s help, all around the city. Our add-on day trip was to Chefchouen (a picturesque town with everything painted blue), which was a lovely addition. Lodging: Every place we stayed was wonderful. We were constantly impressed with each Riad. Food: So much good food! And lots of bottled water. We loved trying tajine, kebab, grilled lamb cutlets cut fresh by the butcher, pastilla and lots of other unique dishes. Ali joined us for lunch a few times, which was great. Transportation: The van Ali drove was great, had very nice air-conditioning, and he kept us safe with some intense traffic. Overall, it was a magical trip made great by Ali and Morocco Joy Travel.Show more
