      Regarding the single supplement for the tour, it depends on whether the tour includes hotels, which usually are 35$ extra per night, and if it is a tent, we usually offer shared tents for 2 people of the same gender.

      We provide the duffle bags where you can put up to 7 kilos, including sleeping bags and inflatable mattresses. This duffle bag is provided during the briefing held the day before.

      Are either the Inca Trail Slow Version or Ultimate Inca Trail tours available and guaranteed for departure on 14 or 15 April?

      Inca Trail permits are sold out from April 9th to April 24th. There is no way to enter the Inca Trail on these dates. We can offer you the Ultimate Salkantay trek as an alternative.

    what do we do with our excess luggage that can not be carried by the porters up the mountain? Also can we choose a diffrent hotel accommodation on the 4th night, and pay extra?

      For the extra luggage, you can store it with us in Cusco, hotels also you can upgrade or book your own hotel. Hotel price is based in double occupancy and 30$ per person.

      Can I just confirm, in the itinerary info it states the cost of accommodation is not included, can you please confirm what the additional cost for camping and hotel room upgrade will be.

      The Camping nights and 3-star hotel is included, usually, the hotel is Susanna INN, Intipunku, Waman Machu Picchu. However, you can upgrade hotels, you need to let us know what hotel you would like to upgrade to, 4-star, 5-star or do you have any specific hotel in mind. We can also upgrade to walk-in tents and camping cots.

    • For any tour departing before March 23rd, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after March 23rd, 2026, a minimum payment of $200 is required to confirm your booking with TreXperience. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 6 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and TreXperience will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
