      Airport transfers: An arrival transfer is included. The departure transfer is not included, but it can be added for an additional cost of 180 EUR per person if you would like.

      Hotels: The hotels are not always located at the airport. They are usually well-connected city hotels or business hotels, depending on the itinerary. Exact hotel details are provided closer to the departure date.

      Tour start & end times: The tour generally begins on the first day in the afternoon, after check-in and arrival logistics. The tour ends in Warsaw on the final day after breakfast or morning activities, usually before or around mid-day (approx. 10:00–12:00, depending on operations).

      How are the 2 trips are identical? If one is advertised as 12 destinations and the other is 8, so either the 2025 virgin is misleading or the 2026 has reduced stops!
      Also, is this a guaranteed departure? I see that there is a minimum number required for the tour to go ahead! Since I need to book international flights from Australia, I need a confirmation that the tour is going ahead. When do I expect to get a confirmation?

      When will you know if there is a possibility of a tour. Our first tour is finished on May 10th, so we could start the next tour on May 11th. There are four of us.

      To know details of the circuits for the year 2026, we could know it in the month of November 2025. In this time, we have available dates until March 2026. We will advise you as soon as we have the dates.

Additionally, we strongly recommend that you find out beforehand all requirements and restrictions you may have to comply in order to enter the countries you plan to visit to avoid any setback, for we will not be held liable should any entry impediments should arise during your trip.

      If i was to book the tour ending in Warsaw, at what point would you cancel it if no one else books?

      At this time the tour has several confirmed people from 5 to 15. We evaluate the situation on each destination every week, should we find a significant change that forces us to cancel the departure we will promptly inform you. In the past, due to these changing situations we have been forced to cancel a departure up to seven days prior to the departure date.

  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before September 26th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after September 26th, 2026, a minimum payment of $125 is required to confirm your booking with Europamundo. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Europamundo will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
    • The following cards are accepted for "Europamundo" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
