Mindelo
You'll land at Sao Vicente International Airport where an English-speaking representative meets you for the drive to your hotel in Mindelo. After settling in, you can rest or get out and walk around the streets, grab food at local spots, and listen to the morna music that really captures what this island's about.

Mindelo
Start with breakfast at the hotel, then join a 3-hour walking tour through downtown Mindelo that takes you past Torre de Belem, the Municipal Market, the Cesaria Evora exposition, and Centro Cultural. The guide shows you one of the world's nicest bays from several vantage points. Once the tour wraps up, you have the rest of the day to wander on your own, try different restaurants, and check out the morna music venues.

- Day 3
Santo Antao
Head to Sao Vicente Harbour early for an 8:00 am ferry to Santo Antao where your guide's waiting. You'll trek near the Cova volcano crater with views down into the island's greenest valley. From there, move through Pico da Cruz and its pine forest for panoramic sights of Valley de Paul, then continue on to Ribeira Grande. Stop in Ponta do Sol for lunch before visiting Fontainhas and Paul Valley. Later you'll take the ferry back to Sao Vicente and get driven to your hotel.

Sao Vicente
After breakfast, a pickup happens at 9:00 am for a 4-hour drive around Sao Vicente Island. You'll go to Calhau, stop at Baia das Gatas for swimming, and pass through the fishing village of Salamansa while learning about the island's landscape and how people live here. The afternoon's yours to wander Mindelo, soak up the creative vibe, and enjoy your last evening on the island.
