I had great time. The hotel was really good and very close to the center and the tour company Futurismo. Futurismo were nice and professional. The tours were well planned and the guides are super professional as well.

We just got back from an amazing trip with Portugal Travel Center! Daniela and Vânia were fantastic to work with! They responded to all our questions very quickly. Their attention to detail is immaculate. The accommodations they booked for us were very nice and centrally located! Our guides were very insightful to whichever area we were in. This tour was perfect as it had city, wine, and nature all in one trip! We would highly recommend this tour and Portugal Travel Center! It truly was a pleasure to work with them!

I had an absolutely wonderful week enjoying Maderia's nature and culture. Joao was an incredible guide - so knowledgeable, accommodating, kind and patient the entire week. All the walks were beautiful and there was a nice balance of physical activity and down time. I felt very comfortable as a female solo traveler and really enjoyed the time we spent in nature. Two things to note - the airport transfers are included; however, I waited over an hour when I arrived only to realize that I had to wait for other group members to land. It would have been appreciated if this was communicated to me beforehand. Explore responded immediately via WhatsApp but failed to mention that I would need to wait for as long as I did. Secondly, Hotel do Carmo (the last hotel we stayed in) is undergoing extensive construction which iwas incredibly loud (throughout the entire day). Overall, I would highly recommend, especially if you can get Joao as your guide!
