Itinerary
- Day 1
Tenerife to San Sebastián de La Gomera
You'll land at Tenerife South Airport and head to counter 1 where Autobuses Mesa picks you up. The drive takes you to Los Cristianos port where you'll catch the ferry to San Sebastián de La Gomera. From there, it's a short trip to Hotel Torre del Conde for check-in and settling in.

- Day 2
San Sebastián de La Gomera
Meet your hiking guide this morning and start at Ayamosna (700m elevation). The route takes you via Degollada de Peraza toward Virgen de las Nieves, then continues to Roque Agando. You'll see panoramic views across the island and encounter different types of vegetation as you move through the landscape.

- Day 3
San Sebastián de La Gomera
A short transfer gets you to the hiking start point for the day. From there, you'll climb steadily to gain elevation while taking in views of southern Gomera. The hike follows the ridge directly into San Sebastián, and the landscape changes noticeably as you go, making for a more relaxed day of walking.

San Sebastián de La Gomera
This morning's drive takes you via La Carbonera to El Curate where your hike begins. You'll enter the famous laurel forest with its moss-covered ancient trees, man-high heather, lichens, and ferns everywhere. This vegetation shows what the original island landscape looked like before centuries of change.

San Sebastián de La Gomera
You'll head out to Fortaleza de Chipude (the sacred mesa of the indigenous people who lived here) and climb to Garajonay at 1,487 meters, the island's highest peak. From the top, you can see Tenerife, La Palma, El Hierro, and Gran Canaria on clear days, all visible from this vantage point.

San Sebastián de La Gomera
The drive across the island takes you to the small hamlet of Arure where your descent begins. You'll hike all the way down to Valle Gran Rey by the sea, with Atlantic views opening up as you drop in elevation. The fresh air and tropical vegetation change character the lower you go, ending with lunch of freshly prepared fish by the water.

San Sebastián de La Gomera to Tenerife
You'll drive to the port and take the ferry back across to Tenerife, heading to Los Cristianos. From there, look for the Autobuses Mesa bus or follow signs for the transfer that takes you to the airport for your flight home or any connections you have arranged.
