Daily walks range from 4 to 14.5 kilometers with moderate ascents up to 735 meters through pine forests, abandoned coastal settlements, and tropical botanical gardens.

You'll trek 13km through Barranco de Monteforte to find El Chorro waterfall dropping 175m down the cliffs, then climb 1,250m up through moss-covered laurel forest in Garajonay to reach La Gomera's highest point. The Red Wall hike above Agulo takes you up 1,000m through layers of volcanic rock.

The rugged trails wind through laurel forests and coastal paths. Daily walks of 2-5.5 hours cover 4-14km with elevation changes of 150-770m on varied island terrain.

The GR 132 coastal trail runs 7.5km from San Sebastián to El Cabrito bay, climbing 375m above jagged Atlantic rocks. After that, you'll trek 11km through deep barrancos and past old ghost-town ruins to Playa de Santiago, then head up 890m through terraced palm groves to Alajeró.

La Gomera's UNESCO-listed Garajonay National Park has moss-covered laurel trees and tall heather growing in the mist. The GR 131 trail takes you from Ayamosna to Roque Agando, up to Garajonay's 1,487m summit with views of Tenerife and La Palma, then down 800m from Arure village to Valle Gran Rey's coast.
