The GR 132 coastal trail runs 7.5km from San Sebastián to El Cabrito bay, climbing 375m above jagged Atlantic rocks. After that, you'll trek 11km through deep barrancos and past old ghost-town ruins to Playa de Santiago, then head up 890m through terraced palm groves to Alajeró.

The GR 131 trail takes you from Ayamosna to Roque Agando, up to Garajonay's 1,487m summit with views of Tenerife and La Palma, then down 800m from Arure village to Valle Gran Rey's coast.
