Itinerary
- Day 1
Tenerife South
You'll land at Tenerife South Airport and head to your accommodation in Vilaflor. The transfer gets you settled for the night, giving you time to rest before the hiking starts tomorrow.
- Day 2
Vilaflor
After grabbing a cab to the trailhead, you'll hike through Paisaje Lunar north of Vilaflor where volcanic stone formations create an otherworldly landscape. The well-marked paths take you through pine forests that provide shade as you walk across the strange terrain, then you'll return to your hotel by evening.

Landmarks Paisaje Lunar - Day 3
Teide
You'll drive to Parador del Teide where you have options. Take the 2.5-hour circular hike around Roques de García or use the cable car to reach the 3,500-meter summit for a shorter 1-hour walk around the peak. Either way, the cable car gets you back down and it's a 1.5-hour walk to return to the Parador.

La Gomera
Starting early after breakfast, a private transfer takes you 30 minutes to Los Cristianos port for the ferry to La Gomera (about 50 minutes). From San Sebastián de la Gomera, a cab brings you to El Contadero in Garajonay National Park where you'll hike 2.5 hours through laurel forest on easy paths, handle one short steep section near El Cedro, then continue through fields to Agulo and your hotel.

Hermigua
You'll walk along the rugged coast north of Hermigua past abandoned settlements with views back toward Tenerife and Mount Teide. The wide forest roads and paved footpaths with wooden railings guide you over exposed sections before finishing through papaya and mango orchards.

Landmarks Hermigua - Day 6
Vallehermoso
Morning transfer takes you to Garajonay visitor center at Juego de Bolas to see tropical plants in the botanical garden. From there, you'll follow the GR132 long-distance trail toward Vallehermoso, passing Roque Blanco and Roque Cano before descending into the lush valley. A cab returns you to Agulo afterward.

San Sebastián de la Gomera
Transfer to Degollada de la Peraza puts you at the start of an easy descent with impressive views along the GR131 trail. You'll reach San Sebastián after 4 to 5 hours of hiking and check into accommodation near the port for your final night on La Gomera.

Tenerife South
After breakfast, walk to San Sebastián port and take the ferry back to Tenerife (about 50 minutes). A cab picks you up in Los Cristianos and transfers you to Tenerife South Airport for your departure.
