Dear Marlene, Thank you for sharing your feedback about your recent tour experience. We appreciate your honesty and value your insights. I apologize for any inconvenience you encountered during your stay, especially regarding the room conditions in Isabella. Your comments are essential to us as we continuously strive to improve our services. I have taken note of your preferences for an extra day in Santa Cruz and will certainly consider this for future itineraries. Additionally, I apologize for any lapses in cleanliness and the lack of amenities in the Isabella room. Rest assured, we will address these issues promptly to enhance the overall guest experience. Regarding the host lady’s demeanor, I apologize if her behavior fell short of our usual standards. We will address this matter internally to ensure a more welcoming and hospitable environment for our guests. Once again, thank you for choosing our tour, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future. If you have any further comments or suggestions, please feel free to reach out. Best regards,

Dear Yelena, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback about your recent tour experience. We appreciate your insights, and I apologize for any shortcomings you encountered during your trip. Your comments are invaluable as they help us improve our services and address areas that need attention. Let me address your points individually: Volcano Tour Duration: We understand that the 6-hour duration of the volcano tour can be physically demanding. Your suggestion of adding horse and buggies to transport guests to the halfway point is excellent. However, it was always explained in the full itinerary while you were booking and it's necessary to be considered that this area is protected and normally the use of horses has extra cost. no buggies are allowed further than the limited area. Snorkeling Tour Experience: Your feedback regarding the snorkeling tour is crucial. We apologize for any disparity in providing life jackets and accommodating different swimming abilities. Rest assured, we will retrain our guides to ensure consistent safety measures and inclusivity for all guests. Organization on Isabela Island vs. Santa Cruz: We’re thrilled that you found the organization on Isabela Island commendable. Our team works hard to provide clear instructions and a seamless experience. Your feedback about Santa Cruz is noted, and we will focus on improving communication and clarity, even for shorter stays. Food and Wi-Fi: The Galapagos Islands offer a unique environment, and we appreciate your understanding regarding food quality and limited Wi-Fi availability. We’ll continue to strive for improvement while maintaining the island’s natural charm. We’re glad you had a smooth transition back to normal connectivity upon arriving in Quito. Your comfort and satisfaction are our priorities. Once again, thank you for choosing our tour, and we hope to welcome you back for an even better experience in the future. If you have any further comments or suggestions, please feel free to reach out. Safe travels! Best regards,

I am requesting information on the hotel we will be staying at on this trip. Additionally, is it possible to upgrade hotels? Is it possible to book a room with a full bed instead of two twins?

    • Nature Galapagos & EcuadorOperatorWritten August 2024

The hotels we use for this quote are standard accommodation. Santa Cruz Island: Hotel Sueños Silvestres OR Hotel Ocean Dreams or similar. Isabela Island: Hotel Coral Blanco OR Hotel San Vicente or similar. YES! We can upgrade the accommodation to a Comfort hotel. The extra cost per person for the upgrade is USD 615.00. SURE! not a problem. If you want a Matrimonial room, it does not change the price.

Is this tour suitable? We have diving license but not necessary to dive, snorkeling is ok. We like a better hotel than budget class. Please recommend.

    • Nature Galapagos & EcuadorOperatorWritten February 2023

This tour only includes snorkeling. However, if you plan to do some diving, we need to use a full day from Santa Cruz, maybe an extra day would be suitable. The tourist Class Hotel can be of your interest or the superior class. Superior Class hotels like Hotel Galapagos Suites or Hotel La Laguna might be more suitable for you.
