  The tour was full on from the time we joined, the first 7 days with our tour guide Theresa was fantastic, our tour was a maximum of 50 ppl but she managed a full 68 seater bus with military precision. Theresa gets 10/10 from me. Day 8 is when things started to fall apart, we were sent from bus to bus, tour guide to tour guide, we had booked an English speaking tour but got put in with mostly Spanish speaking, tour guides couldn’t be bothered with the English speaking. Booked an extra tour of concentration camp in Germany and got half way there to discover only the Spanish and Portuguese would be catered for ( we were meant to have English speaking guide) got yelled at and told again we wouldn’t be catered for. Not even an English map available to self guide. ( Still waiting for refund ! ) We changed groups 5 times in the last 7 days, The last day they told us they were arranging a taxi for us to get from our hotel to next bus/ group, then got another msg to say keep the receipt and you will be reimbursed, again still waiting. If you are English speaking you will probably be the minority and you won’t get what you paid for unless with Theresa the 10/10 guide.Show more

Regarding the language, I must explain that our tours are often bilingual as we may have passengers from different groups sharing the same bus. This can be quite an enriching experience, and depending on the composition of each group, one language may seem to predominate over the other. However, I can confirm that the information provided by the guides is the same in both languages, although passenger participation may vary. Europamundo team :D❤

  1. No ticket information for the Versailles Palace, we had to stay outside on the square three hours! 2. Missed a couple activities without explanation! 3. A few groups with different itineraries in the same bus but changed daily, very confusing! 4. Since there were difference groups in the bus, we had to stop at two hotels, exchange luggage, which wasted a lot of time on the road. 5. A few different guides. A couple of guides were good, but a couple were either indifferent or lack of knowledge or even had limited English capability. In conclusion, we have used Eruopamondu three times due to past positive experience, but this was our last one with this company. Not only us, many tourists on the same bus with us said the same thing. Sorry!Show more

Throughout our various communications, we indicated to you that the visit to the Versailles Palace is not included in the tour, as outlined in your itinerary. Therefore, if passengers wish to visit inside, they need to book in advance on their own. This information is always available at your disposal on our website, even before booking the tour, to give passengers enough time to oversee their reservations for the monuments that do not have entrances included in the tour. Regarding your complaints about the activities of the itinerary being partially unfulfilled, please indicate which activities were missed since during our communications, you confirmed that all the activities were followed in accordance with the itinerary and that your impression of the itinerary not being followed was a misunderstanding. Due to operational reasons, in some segments of the tour, groups share a bus. Also, it is worth noting that, as outlined in our terms and conditions available on our website, we offer flexibility to our passengers. They can opt-out of different segments of each circuit. If point A is your starting city, another passenger can conclude their tour in the same city or use it as an interchange point to continue their tour to a different destination. Therefore, sharing a bus in some segments of the circuit is inevitable.   There was quite a bit of chaos associated with each hotel arrival, often 2-3 full buses arriving at the same time leading to increased confusion, lack of lifts, and general mayhem. We were only offered two excursions, one of which was not included in our original itinerary. Additionally, when we attempted to go to our one offered excursions (Moulin Rouge) we did not have "appropriate footwear" to attend, which was especially frustrating as I had specifically emailed prior to the trip to ask about attire requirements for that very excursion. In all we had a great time and the guides were generally great, despite having 6 or 7 guides in two weeks.Show more

  One of the guides called Marcia was rude and did not respect the clients. She had knowledge but no empathy for the passengers. I heard about similar stories from other passengers. We wasted almost 3 days in London as everything was closed for Christmas. We could not see the Palace and other attractions.. We went to Frankfurt just to sleep as we were ther but did not see anything.Show more
