  I paid for an English speaking tour. I understand that this was also a Spanish speaking tour. Maria did a great job speaking both. When the tour joined with Mateo (I'm sure that I spelled that incorrectly) he was not always good about translating his commentary to English, and we often felt left out of conversation/details. I felt that there was too much time allotted to the destinations on the day that we went to the British Museum, and not enough time in other places that were much more enjoyable. I also felt that there wasn't much direction in terms of authentic artisan shopping, but rather a great deal of tourist sorts of shopping. That said, I very much appreciated the stop to the family cheese/clog shop, and most all of the Netherland and Belgium stops. Richard was our guide for the changing of the guard in London, and he was amazing! Funny, engaging, and rigid when it was necessary. I very much appreciated his unwillingness to tolerate unattended bags, or people not paying attention to where they were walking as both create safety hazards. Maria was very personable, kind, caring, and always where she said she would be. She was punctual in all departures each morning, and always answered our questions. She did have a spot of trouble when we were leaving Belgium, but as I see it she was trying to find balance between providing a good experience for her clients, and keeping things moving punctually. Additionally, there was a time when a couple held up the tour and Maria had to go find them. They were seniors, and struggled to move around in one location with a lot of stairs. While this did set things back a bit, I was grateful to see the lengths that Maria would go to in order to ensure that her clients were safe and accounted for. It was annoying to be held up, but if it were me, and I was lost/in trouble I would want my tour guide to help me, and that is exactly what Maria did. She is an asset to your team, and to be appreciated for her dedication and caring!Show more

  Everything was like in the description. We like it very much with my family. We were surprised with the quality of the hotels and the professionalism of our drivers. We really saw the highlights. Our trip started from Paris and we arrived one day earlier. Like that we were able to visit the Louvre and Arc of Triumph by ourselves. If you would like to visit the Versailles palace you can buy a ticket before that. We went there around 9:30 A.M. I couldn’t find tickets for so early and we visited only the gardens but they were wonderful so we were satisfied.Show more

  Wonderful experience! We covered alot of ground and amazing sites at a high pace. Chritano was a great tour leader and was very informative and a joy to be around. We had a minor incident reconnecting with the group at the eeifel tower when we were transitioned from another tour guide to christino for the remainder of our tour. But he came back and found us along with 6 other people and got us back on track. Keep in mind if your looking to take this tour it only includes breakfast at hotels which was good. The hotels are 3 star to 4 star it varies. But for the price again to be expected. The buses provided are comfortable and newer models, which were very safe. Also you may consider getting an additional night stay at hotel at the end of tour, as you pull into Paris average time 7pm to 9pm from a long exhausting day of stops and driving. The last day we are breakfast, lunch, and dinner in three different countries which is pretty cool. All in all If your looking to visit several countries in a reasonably tight scedule on a budget friendly journey I would recommend this package Tip: learn some basic languages Spanish, french Tip #2: pack and travel light you will thank me laterShow more

  the group was large and mostly Spanish and Portuguese speaking, the tour guides did an amazing job translating but because they had 3 languages to explain it was difficult for them to do this in a timely manner, there were also a lot of bus swapping one day i was on 5 different buses which is confusing and tiring. time spent at certain attractions was not long enough and felt rushed. the tour guides were great, thank Isreal and TonyShow more

  Review Day 1 : Arrival Transfer was smooth no issues. Note :If you arrive we’ll before 3 pm. You would have to wait for the room. Check in is at 3 pm. Hotel management did not want to give a room earlier. Also, Europamundo should arrange a meet and greet before the start of tour. All you have is a poster which is sometimes hidden somewhere in lobby, most time Hotel staff is not even aware . Day 2 : Versaille , Montmarte district , Paris city tour Entrance to palace of versaille not included , line up is huge if you plan to buy a ticket later on. As an alternate you can choose to enter the garden for 12 euro. Gardens are huge and massive . You may also get a golf cart ( 5 people max ) or for 8 euro have a toy train (hop on off) that takes you around . Paris - city tour on buss (not the greatest) Montmarte district - artist town (good place to buy souvenir) Return back to same hotel . Recommendation to visit effile tower at night at your own time ( light show start at dusk) Day 3: Paris Return to effile tower and ride up . Be prepared for a windy and cold day (depending on time of year). Huge line ups Post effile climb , you go for city boat tour (This would be your best part to take pictures and admire the city ) Post boat tour you are given a free time for lunch in the area of Louvre Museum. You may attempt to make an entry but again huge line ups . After lunch you travel to Rouen - beautiful houses and city . Recommended you buy dinner here . You sleep in Rouen . Day 4 : You depart Rouen for port of Calais . Crossing the English Channel was a great experience and entering United Kingdom at Dover From Dover you are driven to Canterbury for 2.5 hr lunch stop / free time . Beautiful city and recommendation to try boat tour 15 pounds for 45 mins You make your way to London . You stop by Tower of London . Post 1.5 hrs free time you head to Hotel The hotel would be the best one out of all the hotels . Day 5: London You wake up early for London city guided tour . You get to see changing of guard . You walk to Soho / Piccadilly Circus area by noon. From noon to 8 pm you are given free time to shop , eat , explore , meet friends / family . You get transfer back to hotel at 8 pm . If you wish to return early , recommendation is taking the tube. Day 6: London , Colchester , Harwick - Volendam . In the morning you wake up and head out to British mesuem - should check out beautiful place . After that you make your way to Camden, London for lunch . Better place to buy souvenir. You leave for Colchester. Depending on time you arrive . Colchester castle may be closed . You have 2 hrs free time to look around or eat dinner . You arrive at port for cruise . This a giant cruise overnight experience . You arrive in Volendam at 6:30 in morning . Day 7 Volendam and Amsterdam . Surprise stop at clog and cheese stop . You make your way to Volendam (fisherman village ) be ready to be amazed with beautiful views by water side . You have your free time 2 -3 hours . (Good place to buy souvenirs). Post lunch you make your way into Amsterdam city for city tour . You have your of Coster diamond factory) . Post that you have free time from 3:30 to 8:30 pm in Amsterdam, near de wallen area. You are taken to hotel. Day 8 : Brussel , Brugge and Paris You leave very early from Amsterdam and make your way to Brussel. You make your way to Grand Palace (1.5 hr stop) - beautiful place to take picture and buy souvenirs and chocolates. Post that you make your way to Brugge . Be ready to walk atleast 30 mins to Center as traffic is restricted . You get to take a lot of beautiful pictures . When you reach Center you get 2.5 hours free time to stroll and eat lunch . You leave for Paris and Tour ends ——————————— Overall 4 Star Hotels : 3 Star - Basic Clean accommodation Breakfast : 2.5 star Guide : Israel : 5 star Itinerary : 5 star In short : value for money (as long as you are not expecting too much )Show more
