  Not a lot of direction with regard to sightseeing. The guide was wonderful, however the tour lacked direction. We were shown to the main centre of each city we visited and then left to our own devices so ultimately we didn’t see many main attractions in each city.Show more

All of our tours are carefully designed to include, at a minimum, a guided city tour covering the most important highlights and landmarks of each destination, as well as free time to allow our guests to explore at their own leisure. In addition, many itineraries also include visits to significant monuments, neighbourhoods, and cultural sites whenever possible.   Overall, we enjoyed the trip. Our guide, Hugo, was good and pleasing. Disappointment was due to inadequate time at certain places worth exploring, while less engaging locations were allocated more time. Additionally, repetitions could have been avoided (Prague & Innsbruck), and the time saved could have been used to visit nearby attractions. Hotels were mostly acceptable (Hotel at Kitzbühel was exceptional including the food. Staff behavior is commendable) but the hotel in Vienna (location wise was great) but hygiene wise, we wouldn't recommend as the bedsheet looked used (with lots of hair and dirt).Show more

  Overall experience was good and we enjoyed the trip. Our tour guide, Hugo, was good and pleasing. We felt that there was inadequate time at certain places worth exploring, while less engaging locations were allocated more time. Additionally, repetitions could have been avoided, and the time saved used to visit nearby attractions.- Prague and Innsbruck are two such places where the repetitions made the tour less engaging. Hotels were mostly acceptable ones (the hotel at Kitzbühel was exceptional) but the last hotel in Vienna (location wise it is great) but hygiene wise we wouldnt recommend (not sure whether the bedsheet was washed or not as it had lots of hair and dirt (looked like used ones).Show more

  unable to access My Trip. We did not visit Olympiapark due to time constraints. The rest of the tour was enjoyable....
  unable to access My Trip. We did not visit Olympiapark due to time constraints. The rest of the tour was enjoyable. Some of the hotels either did not have ACs or AC was not working making it quite uncomfortable given the warm weather. Our tour guide, Julio was great. He was accommodating, knowledgeable,very pleasant, funny. He is an asset to Europamundo. Comments from Floreliz Mendoza as she was unable to edit her comments.Show more

  The itinerary was great. We enjoyed the places we visited most especially Kitzbuhel. I also enjoyed the visit to the Swarovski museum. I wish we had more time in all the places we visited, but I look at this as a good reconnaissance for our next vacation back to Europe.Show more
