  Terrible. The group size is massive (up to 50 people at some points). I assumed that we'd be with a small group the entire time. But no, people come and go - join and leave. The group size is overwhelming , we had Spanish speaking primarily on the trip with only a handful of English speakers on tour with us. Many languages in one tour - with English rarely being spoken. Multiple different tour guides daily, with English as their second language. People, including tour guides were constantly late. A lot of time spent on a bus, rarely site seeing. Definitely do not recommend.Show more

Travelling across several countries inevitably requires significant transfers, but we always strive to balance road time with sightseeing opportunities. Europamundo should thing beforehand about cultural background of groups they want to join in one group. One day was a total disaster for English speaking group because of the second group and their behavior. River cruises - I expected a guided cruise and not just a ride. Local guides in Prague, Paris, London - are exceptional, very informative. Really enjoyed it.Show more

  Excellent tour guides, Angela and Alvaro!! My trip was merged with Europamundo so most people had inclusions we did not have like dinners, canal tours etc. That wasn’t too bad, but the itinerary was different and not what I was expecting in some places. Also, it was impossible to get back to our place in London because it was so far out of town and Uber did not go there. It was midnight and scary for us.Show more

  I would prefer to have only one language on the tour - English. Most of the conversations were in Latino and it's understandable as more latinos were on the tour. Some hotels were dreadful, in France both hotels were terrible. However, I concider the tour was value for money.Show more

  I didn't realize that TourRadar was contracting with EuropaMundo and that EuropaMundo was focused on Spanish-speaking tourists, which was the majority on our bus. Also, I did not have access via TourRadar to book additional excursions, like the EuropaMundo tourists. So, while the Spanish-speaking people had dinners arranged and tickets for museums, like the Louvre, the English-speakers were left out. We didn't get a chance to see the Louvre, for example, because the line for tickets was a mile long. Also, Miguel tended to provide very long explanations of sites in Spanish, but a few sentences in English. It wasn't right and the few English-speaking tourists on the bus resented being left out.Show more
